5+ years of Infor M3 Finance application configuration experience
5+ years in consulting environment
Hands‑on experience training users to work with the M3 Finance programs
Proven track record of collecting Client requirements and turning them into seamlessly integrated solutions that automate business processes
Experience advising clients on data management best practices
Ability to successfully migrate/integrate data, which includes planning the approach and trouble‑shouting when migrations/integrations encounter challenges
Proven track record in configuring systems that request business process requirements
Experience developing and executing testing plans
Experience and comfort level with leading and/or overseeing end‑user training
Nice to Have
Infor M3 Finance Certifications (v13.4)
Client project management experience
Experience working in multi‑tenant industry CloudSuites
