As a Property & Asset Management Analyst, you will review and update records in the property database, ensuring information is accurate and up to date. You will help prepare periodic and special reports on property and material reviews, physical inventory planning, contract annual government property records (AGPR), PIEE GFP module status and other reports. You will engage with internal and external customers, including government regulatory agencies.
This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off.
Your Role and Impact:
Coordinate and collaborate property surveillance reviews and annual physical inventories at supplier and subcontractor sites
Collaborate with Buyers, Subcontracts Administrators and Program and Functional area Property Focal Points (PFPs) to ensure accountability of assets are maintained
Lead Property Management System Analysis (PMSA) reviews, Contractor Self-Assessment (CSA) reviews, Mission Assurance audits and AS9100 audits
Assist program management in the planning and execution of the property management life cycle
Maintain property accountability records, determining condition of assets and arranging disposal of surplus or obsolete material
Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

Experience with MS Office, including MS Excel

The expected salary range for this position is between $93,000 and $180,000.
