Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Ariba Consultant with expertise in Service Procurement and Guided Buying. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and project management experience. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams, implement Ariba solutions, and bridge communication between business and technical teams. Your responsibilities will include creating and executing implementation plans, managing quarterly Ariba releases, and driving process improvements. This position requires excellent communication skills, time management abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
Lead teams to implement process and system improvements.
Facilitate meetings with business stakeholders and drive team discussions.
Communicate new Ariba features and their benefits to stakeholders, focusing on their application to the client's business needs.
Stay updated on Ariba's quarterly releases and create detailed roadmaps for implementation.
Present roadmaps to teams, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
Connect and coordinate between business users and technical teams, aligning objectives and solutions.
Analyze business processes and pain points, developing actionable plans for improvement.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience as a technical consultant with project management background.
Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably with project management expertise.
Strong expertise in Ariba modules, particularly:
Pricing, Buying, and Invoice
Contract Management
Performance Management
Supply Chain Collaboration
Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize work efficiently and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a geographically dispersed team.
Strong presentation skills, capable of bringing diverse teams onto the same page.
Experience creating and executing detailed implementation plans.
