The Stock Clerk will be performing various inventory control support functions such as: cycle counts, data entry in the inventory system, stocking shelves, pulling stock orders and calling vendors for purchase and credit invoices. .
Responsibilities
Provide quality customer service to include but not limited to the following:
Attention to detail
Review, familiarize with and adhere to MANCON's SOPs and Safety Manual.
Meet and greet customers
Pull inventory from shelves and issue to customer personnel.
Review supplied requisition forms to ensure they are properly completed (Signatures, timestamps, part numbers, descriptions, and quantities)
Answer questions regarding availability of parts
Ask appropriate questions to ensure correct parts are researched and provided
Inform customers when requested parts are available
Data Entry Requirements
Assist in generating invoices for customer requisitions in the inventory system
Assist in entry of vendor receiving documents in the inventory system
Inventory Management Requirements
Generating Sales Orders for parts issued.
Assist in performing weekly inventory cycle counts
Assist in performing counts during Wall-to-Wall inventories at site
Restocking shelves
Other Requirements
Follow established guidelines for vehicle and equipment maintenance
Provide 24-hour support at the customer location during emergencies
Travel to vendor locations to pickup parts
Assist in receiving functions
Assist with inventory research projects as requested
Adhere to required procedures
Operate a forklift
Participate in the SCM continuing training program
Assist with Material Expeditor/Supervisor duties as assigned
Qualifications
1 year computer experience
24-hour availability
Valid Driver's License with two years driving experience
1 year experience with auto or heavy duty truck parts
Obtain and maintain a forklift license

Our WAREHOUSE SHIPPERS are in charge of consolidating packages for international outbound shipments. The second shift runs from Monday to Friday, 4:00 pm to 12:45 am, offering $19 per hour. We offer a bonus incentive that is performance and quality based. Due to business demands or peak season, overtime is required, with shifts up to 10 hours and work weeks up to 60 hours. . Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
Highschool Diploma or GED required
Previous receiving, warehouse/supply chain experience preferred but not required
Able to successfully meet our pre-employment drug screen and criminal background screen

Description
+ Examine contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy of incoming shipment. Record the correct count and pallet type for input upon completion of the PO.
+ Record shipment data into computer system, such as weight, charges, space availability, and damages and discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, and record-keeping purposes. Maintain accurate counts on inbound freight to insure appropriate warehouse storage availability.
+ Assist with maintaining an accurate inventory through cycle/directed counting. Research customer service issues including, but not limited to shortages, overages and damages and recommend appropriate response.
+ Monitor warehouse management system for open invoices.
+ Support the even flow from receiving to shipping and communicate issues and concerns. Identify and monitor high volume and high dollar items during shipping process.
+ Label all pallets to be stocked and verify accuracy of inbound freight received by comparing the purchase order with the bill of lading. Record discrepancies on bill of lading and inform clerk and/or appropriate management of damage and inventory shortages
+ Set up items and slots to ensure maximum efficiency for shipping and receiving. Recognize potential inventory hazards including, but not limited to storage of raw or over cooked product..
+ Operate current warehouse management system. Utilize necessary technology (e.g., voice, RF gun) to select product.
+ Audit pick/reserve slots and keep rotation of product accurate, as needed.
+ Verify absence of rodent/pest activity in all inbound shipments and document any record of activity
+ Perform all other daily/weekly/monthly tasks, not specifically mentioned herein, as described in the inventory control SOP program.
+ Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
