• Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain and maintain a CI poly.
• Must meet DoD 8570 IAT Level II requirements including one of the following: Security+ CE, CND, SSCP, GSEC, GICSP, CySA+, or CCNA Security.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certification or training, or work/military experience
• Overall, 8 years' experience in relevant technologies with 3+ years' experience supporting COTS IAM tools with a focus in SailPoint
• Knowledge of COTS IAM tools with a focus in SailPoint Identity IQ Lifecycle Manager (LCM)
• Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, XML, or REST development
• Knowledge of implementing IAM tools in an enterprise environment
• Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP management, configuration and design, PKI, SSP across multiple domains, MFA, PIV authentication, or scripting and coding
• Understanding of requirements, design, implementation, integration, testing, or change management
• Ability to work in a fast moving, challenging environment
• Desired:
  • Basic knowledge of Radiant Logic and CA
  • Experience with supporting IAM in a Cloud environment, including Azure or AWS
  • Experience with SQL database administration or management
  • Experience with integrating Radiant Logic with third party data sources

Job Summary

Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer

This position will perform the daily management of the Okta Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform, including all aspects of identity management, application management, directory integrations, and Workflow development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering identity solutions that are functional, secure, scalable, and reliable. As a member of a small team in a fast-paced environment, this role will require both strong intellectual agility and hands-on technical skills. This role will report into our Headquarters in San Diego. Candidates must be open to relocating to the area.

This position will be part of a growing Identity and Access Management (IAM) team that manages a number of enterprise wide tools, covering the areas of Identity as a Service: Identity lifecycle management (WorkDay, Okta), Access Certification, Privileged Access Management, Single Sign On (SSO), MFA etc.

Essential Functions

Drive the evolution of our Okta environment through optimization and new workflow creation Enable the rapid business adoption of technology through the development of innovative identity and access management solutions.Create a delightful access experience by applying principles of process simplification and design, reducing or eliminating friction in maintaining a secure and compliant environment.Be a hero to support and operational organizations, relieving their burdens through the implementation of end-to-end automation for IAM processes, while providing guidance and support as a trusted SMEWork with internal and external application support teams to extend the use of our identity solutions Implement and support a Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution Own identity problem resolution from end to end Provide 24x7 support as needed for emergency situations and planned maintenance activities Develop and maintain quality documentation relating to IAM, PAM, and related deployments and operations.Plan and manage project tasks, schedules and resources related to identity solution deployments

Minimum Qualifications - Education and Experience

2+ years of hands-on experience with Okta3+ years of experience working with IAM or PAM systems Experience with various Identity and Access management concepts and technologies.Experience must include Identity Governance and Administration and Privileged Access Management.1+ years of hands-on experience with any well-known SIEM application1+ years of Active Directory Group Policy management Competency with one or more scripting or programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, Bash, or R

Job Description
The Vulnerability Management Engineer is a position on the Cyber Security Operations Team reporting to the Advanced Threats Manager. The position is responsible for designing, maturing, and governing Motorola's vulnerability program across Motorola's customer environments. You will engage directly with various operational teams ensuring vulnerabilities are detected, prioritized, and remediation/mitigation actions are executed. You will play a key role in operational reporting & metrics capability, ultimately ensuring our Business units can adequately be measured towards compliance to the standard set for enterprise vulnerability management.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Drive the vulnerability assessment and management program as a leader and subject matter expert. Lead the development and implementation of multiple vulnerability assessments and enterprise-wide scanning strategies across multiple complex environments. Vulnerability scanning and reporting Establish and drive metrics, analytics, reporting, and a roadmap for continual program improvement. Ability to understand, design, and develop vulnerability mitigation strategy, prioritize identified vulnerabilities, and manage risk associated with vulnerabilities. Stay up-to-date on latest technology trends, particularly as they apply to vulnerability and risk management. Collaboration with threat intelligence and threat hunting teams to stay aware of emerging threats and new vulnerabilities. Lead stakeholder engagements to create strategic plans for managing vulnerabilities and remediation activities.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
Proven experience in vulnerability management strategies, standards, procedures and technologies across infrastructure- and application-level vulnerabilities. Strong technical knowledge and experience required in areas of vulnerability assessment, risk-based analysis, and vulnerability mitigation. Experience with vulnerability scanning and reporting, including analysis of results to effectively prioritize remediation efforts. Experience working with automated and open source vulnerability scanners such as Nessus, WebInspect, Qualys, or Nexpose. Knowledge of application development, network engineering, operating systems, and cloud environments. Experience developing metrics, and reporting for continual program improvement.
