Become the Nutrition Service Supervisor you always wanted to be
Supports Nutrition Service Manager in absence.
Performs and documents all purchasing, receiving and inventory control of food and supplies.
Maintains sanitation and proper temperatures to ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies.
Maintains correct food handling techniques to ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies.
Determines quality (taste/temperature/appearance), quantity, and portion size of food required.
Ensures production for both patient meals and cafeteria line are properly coordinated.
Ensures proper handling of cash/tickets and cash/ticket reports.
Coordinates dietetic services with other departments.
Purchases food; assists with and assigns duties for special needs or special occasions.
Ensures in-service education meetings are held and courses are completed as required by company.
Qualifications
Certified Dietary Manager or Dietetic Technician registration with Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, if required by state or regulatory agency.
Active membership in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, if mandated by state or regulatory agency.
Graduate of an associate degree program in food service preferred.
Must have thorough knowledge of nutrition and dietetics, administration, and operation of hospital food services, and knowledge of all H.A.C.C.P. guidelines.
Two years of healthcare food service experience, preferably in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities
Direct the planning and implementation of business development within the assigned division, including attainable forecasting. Identify and penetrate market opportunities, and provide strategic, in-field support for their team to achieve revenue and admission goals. Qualifications
Must have a high school diploma.

As a Surgical First Assistant, you will provide critical patient care by directly assisting the surgeon during operative procedures, working under their immediate direction. You will instrumental in ensuring a safe surgical experience through technical support for exposure, hemostasis, and wound closure.

The PACS Administrator job family orchestrates a complex set of functions to achieve successful imaging informatics through infrastructure/technical planning, implementation and support activities for medical imaging and PACS applications. This includes managing user accounts, maintaining system security, performing backups, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PACS systems and a proven track record of success in a healthcare IT environment. These individuals have a foot in two worlds: clinical healthcare and information technology. To be successful, PACS Administrators work closely with IT support teams to ensure seamless and quality IT support for CommonSpirit customers and alignment with CommonSpirits IT standards, controls and governance. PACS administrators should be able to communicate clearly with highly technical personnel, while understanding the diagnostic process of the imaging department staff and radiologist or cardiologist.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee the complete administration of Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) and related medical imaging applications infrastructure.
Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of PACS and related medical imaging applications software and hardware components.
Contribute to the resolution and documentation of major incidents and outages to our production environment.
Collaborate closely with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient use of the PACS system.
Proactively monitor and optimize PACS performance, identifying and resolving issues to ensure uninterrupted access to medical imaging data.
Provide advanced technical support and training to end-users, troubleshooting complex PACS-related problems.
Implements process changes, collects data, and makes recommendations to expedite workflow. Monitors systems, interfaces, and integration pieces to include daily QC reports.
Maintains an up-to-date understanding and working knowledge of the processes involved.
Responds appropriately to requests and concerns from users or others affected by the systems.
Informs all medical imaging leadership of changes, problems, and upgrades to PACS and related medical imaging applications
Provide user training and technical support for PACS-related applications and activities.
Implement and enforce data security protocols to safeguard patient information within the PACS and associated medical imaging applications.
Work with the cyber security team do Implement and validate robust data security measures to safeguard patient information stored within the PACS.
Interface with IT teams to integrate PACS seamlessly with other healthcare information systems and technologies.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance and upgrade PACS capabilities.

The Patient Service Specialist performs complex administrative duties including but not limited to patient registration, patient scheduling, providing excellent customer service to clients, and management of multi-line phone system. This role requires a general knowledge of various systems and/or procedures. This position ensures that every patient is treated with quality clinical care and is provided a welcoming and respectful experience.
Responsibilities
Greet patients and visitors
Communicate wait times to patients and direct them accordingly
Obtain authorization, as needed, to process patients for services
Check in patients using appropriate patient management system
Explain all required forms to patients and ensure proper completion of all paperwork
Answer incoming telephone lines and direct the caller accordingly
Contact patients regarding appointment reminders, rescheduling, or cancellations.
Check out patients in appropriate patient management system and distribute records
File paperwork, medical records, and correspondence
Maintain inventory of office supplies and printed forms
Manage dissemination of all paperwork to outside parties including non-injury, custody, and control forms
Follow HIPAA guidelines and safety rules
Attend center staff meetings
Participate in initial and ongoing training as required
Complete processing of patient referrals including accurate checkout, paperwork processing, patient education, and communication with Client Support Group
Assist Center Operations Director or other leader in managing daily administrative functions
Assist in maintaining a neat, clean, and orderly appearance throughout the facility
Use employer reporting tool to scan and distribute employer results and paperwork
Review clinician transcriptions and enter applicable charges via internal charge entry system.
Perform some medical assistant duties such as breath alcohol tests, drug screens, TB skin test reads and/or other duties as assigned/approved by medical leadership

The Patient Service Specialist performs complex administrative duties including but not limited to patient registration, patient scheduling, providing excellent customer service to clients, and management of multi-line phone system. This role requires a general knowledge of various systems and/or procedures. This position ensures that every patient is treated with quality clinical care and is provided a welcoming and respectful experience.
Responsibilities
Greet patients and visitors
Communicate wait times to patients and direct them accordingly
Obtain authorization, as needed, to process patients for services
Check in patients using appropriate patient management system
Explain all required forms to patients and ensure proper completion of all paperwork
Answer incoming telephone lines and direct the caller accordingly
Contact patients regarding appointment reminders, rescheduling, or cancellations.
Check out patients in appropriate patient management system and distribute records
File paperwork, medical records, and correspondence
Maintain inventory of office supplies and printed forms
Manage dissemination of all paperwork to outside parties including non-injury, custody, and control forms
Follow HIPAA guidelines and safety rules
Attend center staff meetings
Participate in initial and ongoing training as required
Complete processing of patient referrals including accurate checkout, paperwork processing, patient education, and communication with Client Support Group
Assist Center Operations Director or other leader in managing daily administrative functions
Assist in maintaining a neat, clean, and orderly appearance throughout the facility
Use employer reporting tool to scan and distribute employer results and paperwork
Review clinician transcriptions and enter applicable charges via internal charge entry system.
Perform some medical assistant duties such as breath alcohol tests, drug screens, TB skin test reads and/or other duties as assigned/approved by medical leadership

Qualifications
Education Level: High School Diploma or GED
Job-Related Experience
6 months to 1 year
Working knowledge of state-specific occupational medicine requirements preferred

Qualifications
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a clinical field.
3-5 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare business development supervision role.
Preferred skills that will make you a successful Director of Business Development:
Master's degree
Clinical License

Responsibilities
You will assume responsibility for continuously watching and ensuring appropriate and timely responses to alarms. Verifying correct identification of basic rhythms, lethal rhythms and artifact; maintaining EKG monitor alarms and responding to all alarms as needed.
Continuously observing all monitors assigned and responding to alarms promptly and appropriately.
Completing EKG interpretations including: rate, regularity, PRI, QRS, QTI, QTc, ST segment, wave form alterations, and rhythm interpretation.
Ensuring strip interpretations are validated by RN.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Must complete and pass EKG class for Monitor Techs and required competencies on education platform within 30 days of start date in position and pass other tests/competencies as required by Select Medical.
Preferred qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred background as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)*, Licensed Paramedic or RN nursing student with EKG training (*LPNs are limited to working as telemetry tech only.)
