Actively participates at General Orientation and provides and overview of the Respiratory Therapy Department to all new employees (RT Supervisor/Safety Officer must also present the Safety section to provide safety orientation). Works in collaboration with the Rehab Therapy Manager to create, advise, implement and promote the mobility program for all ventilated patients.
