**Job Summary and Responsibilities** The Graduate Medical Education (GME) Residency Program Administrator (PA) serves as the manager of the specialty residency program. Responsibilities include creates, monitors and disseminates trainee schedules and manages those rotation schedules throughout the year (entering into residency management system, ensuring budget compliance, verifying required training goals are met). Monitors completion and compliance of all ACGME residency program requirements and institutional policies. Manages residents employee profile through HR Infor system as well as maintains/approves electronic timecard through TEAM systems.
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Executes institutional and/or program activities with a high degree of independence (e.g. educational events, training, recruitment, orientation, graduation, site visits, etc).
+ Partners with program directors concerning program management challenges and activities.
+ Identifies and evaluates methods for improvement and makes recommendations to program leadership.
+ Partners with program leadership in development of program-level policies and provides copies of program-specific policies to the GME Office.
+ Educates and manages distribution of institutional and program policies.
+ Provides measurable impact on operational effectiveness and attainments of training program objectives.
+ If applicable, oversees the work of support staff.
+ Provides mentorship to other program Administrators.
+ Functions as a liaison between the residents/fellows, program director, faculty, GME office, Institutional Program Manager GME, human resources labor relations, participating sites, and other internal department and outside agencies.
+ Manages tracking data: Rotations Case/Procedure logs Work Hour compliance Conference attendance Evaluations Scholarly Activity QI/Patient Safety projects Licensure Vacation, sick time.
+ Critically evaluates program policies to ensure alignment with institutional and accreditation requirements.
+ Generates faculty and resident list for institutional Clinical Learning Environment Review (CLER) visit.
+ Responds to any additional institutional GME requests.
+ Creates, monitors and disseminates trainee schedules andmanages those rotation schedules throughout the year (entering into residency management system, ensuring budget compliance, verifying required training goals are met, etc.).
+ Monitors completion and compliance of work hour logs.
+ Tracks moonlighting activities of trainees and ensures compliance with moonlighting policies.
+ Provides accurate information about the physicians who trained in the program and is detail oriented in the credentialing process.
+ Drafts the "Verification of Training" forms. Drafts recommendation letters.
+ Knowledgeable on appropriate releases of information and ensures the program is properly protected prior to releasing any information on a past trainee.
+ Ensures appropriate documentation is prepared when a trainee enters an improvement status (ie. probation).
+ Maintains appropriate documentation for board eligibility. Ensures state licensure requirements are met by the program.
**Job Requirements**
**REQUIRED:**
+ Minimum of 3 years experience in program managing or business related field.
+ Demonstrates expertise in the ability to operate independently to achieve and maintain high levels of successful project completion.
+ Capable of maintaining professional relationships with all levels of institutional personnel.
+ Demonstrated professional expertise within multiple environments, placing priority on time management, organizational skills, andconstant high levels of tact, integrity and confidentiality as the position consistently involves participation and/or management of confidential and sensitive data.

Responsibilities

Provide communication of non-compliance and missed appointments. In conjunction with the on-site clinicians, identify cases that may possibly require partnership with area medical leadership
Partner with Center Operations Director (COD) in preparing for large groups of Physicals
Communicate both in-person and telephonically with client, medical provider, attorney, employer, as required
Assist clinicians with injury and physical visits
Provide guidance, training, and education for all clinic staff as needed
Examine clinic processes critically and note areas of improvement or deficiencies to report back to COD. At the direction of the COD the Client Care Coordinator will address these areas and implement changes.
Attend medical case review meetings with client and speak to details of certain cases. Act as liaison between client and on-site clinicians.
Perform onsite services for various department events and special client requests. This includes participation in client health and safety activities such as health fairs or education opportunities.
Provide medical support services for patients or department employees that been scheduled in clinic. This includes assisting in the proper completion of ancillary services such as lab draws for physicals.
Obtain drug screen results for the client, scan for needed Medical Review Officer (MRO) review, gather all needed information for clinician to perform MRO duty, facilitate clinician time needed for MRO process
Apply all laws and regulations related to the provision of rehabilitation services
Support clinic operations, specialty services, physical reporting

Job Summary and Responsibilities $20,000 Sign On Bonus and Relocation Assistance up to $25,000 available!! Provides daily and strategic administrative oversight and operational control for the assigned Cardiovascular departments Implements monitoring in the fiscal management of the department. Manages department budget within fiscal year approved targets. Explores and initiates revenue enhancement activities such as program development. Principal Duties and Accountabilities:
Assures departmental competency and compliance to all regulatory, accreditation and hospital standards of care.
Prepares and justifies annual budgeting including, anticipates realistic volume trends, maintains effective staffing and leadership development plans, determines productive and non-productive expenditures, determines and prioritizes capital expedites and determines non-labor expense requirements justified.
Implements control in fiscal management of the department, manages department budget within fiscal year approved targets, explores and initiates revenue enhancement activities such as program development.
Develops, implements and monitors department safety management programs which includes Workers' Compensation, patient safety and written safety procedures.
Job Requirements Education and Experience:
Master's degree in Nursing or related health care discipline required and/or additional job related experience in lieu of the degree.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a related field. Minimum of three (3) years of management experience.
Licensure:
R.N. or RT-AHA healthcare license preferred; ACLS and BLS preferred.

**Job Summary and Responsibilities** Participates and supports all aspects of healthcare food service operations. Works with facility staff to provide optimal nutritional care and demonstrates excellent customer service to patients, guests and staff. Follows diet manual handbook and diet spreadsheets to ensure therapeutic meal compliance with prescribed diet order.
**Essential Key Job Responsibilities:**
1. Prepares and serves food within guidelines of menu and dietary requirements using required kitchen utensils and equipment. Maintains knowledge of recipe ingredients to respond to food allergy questions or requests.
2. Follows healthcare foodservice industry standards, regulations, guidelines and procedures including monitoring and maintaining food temperatures during cooking, holding, and storage processes. Avoids cross-contamination of foods and adheres to personal hygiene requirements. Maintains proper labeling of food products and ensures storage of food equipment, and machinery per regulations and facility guidelines.
3. Follows organizational standards and guidelines for a high quality patient and customer experience. Ensures proper meal portioning and an aesthetically pleasing presentation. Provides service recovery efforts and escalates to leadership as needed.
4. May be responsible for one or more of the following:
+ Following therapeutic diet modifications and guidelines including allergy restrictions for all patient meal trays, nourishment, snacks and supplements
+ Printing, providing and following production tool and/or electronic meal tallies/differentials for food preparation
+ Explaining basic therapeutic diet orders and menus and responding to questions from patients and family members. Escalating additional patient nutrition questions or needs to appropriate clinical support team members.
+ Collecting patient food preferences and ensuring compliance with prescribed diet orders. Distributing food preferences to kitchen for menu planning in a timely manner.
+ Operating electronic diet office software and tools following established procedures and protocols.
+ Navigating electronic health records to access patient diet orders and nutritional reports.
**Job Requirements**
