The role of this position is to research, plan, develop, implement and evaluate education and healthcare services for bariatric surgery, inpatient and outpatient diabetes education and medical weight management patients (and others as assigned) for the Weight Management Center.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
PEOPLE - 20%

(EF) With in-patient directors, identifies and selects proper equipment (gowns, wheelchairs, walkers, commodes, stretchers, beds, chairs, sequential compression devices) and ensures availability of equipment. (EF) Actively leads and manages quality and outcomes initiatives for all programs in the Weight Management Center. Identifies standards and develops protocols for new techniques and for precepting new surgeons and their representatives. In partnership with the bariatric surgeon group, develops pre and post op orders for the Laparoscopic Roux-En-Y. In-service and educate all staff who come in contact with the bariatric patient (OR, PACU, ICU, MedSurg, AOD, Pharmacy, Dietary, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Therapy) to the specific concerns associated with these orders as well as on new equipment and new procedures. (EF) Ensures the department facilities are maintained in proper condition and that basic environmental safety standards are met. Ensures departmental employee compliance with the hospital safety program. (EF)

FINANCE - 20%

In partnership with Financial Accounting/Medical Records establishesstandards for chart coding that ensures accuracy and maximizes reimbursement opportunities. (EF) Work with surgeon offices to insure that patients meet criteria as set by the Bariatric Surgical Committee for patient selection. Assists with the insurance approval process and the insurance RFI data process. (EF)

GROWTH/INNOVATION - 10%

Actively participates and takes leadership role in the development and on-going management of strategic planning and growth for the Weight Management Center and Bariatric Surgery Center of Excellence. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of three (3) years experience with bariatric surgical clinical experience &/or a non surgical weight management program strongly preferred.

Description

Services to support Information Systems Security Managementperformed by the Information System Security Representative (ISSR) at a minimum, shall consist of to the following activities:

+

+ + Ensure that FBI ISs are operated, maintained, and disposed of in accordance with the internal security policies and practices outlined in the approved Security Assessment and Authorization (SAA) package

+ Manage the SAA process for new FBI ISs and legacy FBI ISs migrating into the GRC application

+ Provide baseline security controls to the system owner, contingent upon the IS's security categorization, type of information processed and entity type

+ Provide a recommendation to the Authorizing Official, in consultation with the system owner, regarding systems' impact levels and ISs' authorization boundary

+ Ensure that new entities are created in the GRC application with the security categorization of FBI ISs.

+ Initiate, coordinate, and recommend to the FBI Authorizing Official all Interconnection Security Agreement (ISAs), Memorandum of Understanding (MOUs), and Memorandum of Agreement (MOAs) that permit the interconnection of an FBI IS with any non-FBI or joint-use IS.

+ Perform an independent review of the System Security Plan (SSP) and make approval decisions.

+ Request and negotiate the level of testing required for an IS with the Enterprise Information Security Section and the FBI Authorizing Official.

+ Schedule security control assessments in coordination with the system owner.

+ Coordinate IS security inspections, tests, and reviews with the Security and system owner. Submit the final SAA package to the FBI Authorizing Official for a security ATO decision.

+ Ensure that the Security ATO Electronic Communication (EC) is serialized into Sentinel under the applicable case file number.

+ Advise the FBI Authorizing Official of IS vulnerabilities and residual risks.

+ Ensure that all POA&M actions are completed and tested.

+ Coordinate initiation of an event-driven reauthorization with the FBI Authorizing Official.

+ Ensure the removal and retirement of FBI ISs being decommissioned, in coordination with the SO, ISSO, and ISSR.

Position Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Top Secret clearance required, SCI eligibility preferred.

+ + At least 7 years serving as an ISSR at a cleared facility.

+ Minimum of 10 years work experience in a computer science or Cybersecurity related field.

+ Hold Aat least one of the following certifications: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Global Information Security Professional (GISP), or the CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP) or other certifications exemplifying skill sets such as those described in DoD Instruction 8570.1 IAM Level III proficiency.

The Business Systems Lead is responsible for providing or managing the operational, administrative, and tactical support of 1 or more business systems typically in a single function, along with inputting into the broader systems strategy and landscape. This role may serve as lead or contributor on projects and initiatives that optimize the use of information technology to achieve R&D and enterprise business objectives. The Business Systems Lead will function as a manager of one or more business systems, as a leader of sub-teams or workstreams within larger projects or programs, enhancements or changes, as a lead/contributor within various systems-related working groups, and as an experienced business analyst, as required.

This role regularly collaborates with leadership, business process owners, R&D Excellence team members, and information technology leads and specialists. The Business Systems Lead works under the direction of the Global Business Systems Owner in supporting one or more Line Functions as a part of the R&D Excellence Systems Management group. This role will have direct line management of RDEx business system analysts and project managers along with indirect management of business process engineers, trainers, organizational change managers and data analysts supporting systems projects within RDEx.
Responsibilities

* Systems Administration & Operational Support

Lead the day-to-day management of the administrative and operational support of assigned systems

Monitor, assess, and improve the administrative and operational support processes - including, but not limited, to user access, user experience, user adoption, procedural documents, user training, and issue resolution

Identify, evaluate, govern, and prioritize proposed changes to assigned systems anchored to a roadmap, to address the evolving requirements of the user community and to support imperatives identified by Line Function leadership

Ensure data within assigned systems is maintained to the highest levels of quality and defined standards, and propose improvements to address gaps or sustainability concerns

Manage user access and monitor/manage ticket resolution/escalation

Perform periodic voice-of-customer exercises for assigned systems to identify any necessary maintenance, expansion, or user experience improvements

Define and monitor key metrics of risk and performance for assigned systems

In collaboration with IT partners, determine the necessary Business/IT resource, budget and Steering Committee required on future IT projects

Determine and track KPIs related to system utilization, stability, and data quality against defined targets for assigned systems

Initiate periodic critical reviews of the overall effectiveness of assigned system, which includes taking any necessary corrective or preventive action to ensure continued success
