Job Title: ProjectManager Employment Type: Full-time
This position supports the U.S. Department of Energy in planning and executing a major data center relocation from the Oak Ridge Federal Office Building to a new facility at the DOE Y-12 complex. As the ProjectManager Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will provide leadership and oversight to ensure a successful data center transition, customer IT relocation, and uninterrupted IT services. This role supports DOE's Office of Information Management and works closely with federal projectmanagers, stakeholders, and a part-time remote Program Manager providing programmatic support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a projectmanagement SME with expertise in both traditional and Agile methodologies.
• Develop and maintain project plans (tasks, milestones, resources, dependencies, etc.) using Microsoft Project and Kanban tools.
• Provide direct support to the federal ProjectManager by:
Ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and federal regulations.
Coordinating with IT staff, vendors, contractors, and other federal organizations.
Identifying project risks and executing mitigation strategies.
Maintaining documentation for reporting and audit.
• Assist the PMO Lead in managing portfolio tasks related to the ATO Project and OIM Operating Plan.
• Lead creation and delivery of key project deliverables, including:
Project plans
Risk assessment reports
Stakeholder communication plans
Quality control procedures
Monthly progress updates
Final project reports and reviews
Program Manager Support
• Provide high-level program oversight, tracking risks, schedule, and deliverables.
• Support coordination with DOE OCIO and teaming partners.
Required Qualifications:
• 5-7 years of IT projectmanagement experience, preferably within federal agencies or large data center environments.
• In-depth knowledge of projectmanagement methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PMP, or similar).
• Proficiency in Jira, Kanban boards, Microsoft Project, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating across multiple organizations.
• Proven ability to develop and execute risk mitigation strategies.
• Strong communication skills and a track record of producing high-quality deliverables.
• Preferred: experience supporting IT relocations, infrastructure modernization, or large-scale federal transitions.
Education & Certifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent projectmanagement certification
• Experience with federal contract vehicles (e.g., BPAs) is a plus.
• Familiarity with federal IT compliance standards (FISMA, NIST, FedRAMP) is highly desirable.
Work Authorization: U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements.
Working Conditions: This position is primarily performed in an office environment. Employees will be required to use a computer and other office equipment for extended periods.

Run/manage the project from start to finish
Oversee subcontractor and full construction projects on a daily basis
Review jobs with ProjectManager and Project Foreman; review the scope of work, submittals, schedule, and contract; establish lines of communication and areas of responsibilities with GC/Owner regarding change orders, billings, etc.
Assists production and projectmanagers with problem-solving, scheduling, customer service, and procedures
Monitors daily productivity and ensures project adherence to contractual scope of work, approved submittals, and company standards
Ensure the proper materials are on-site each day to provide the working crew efficient operation and order/pick up needed materials
Monitor and enforce site safety standards and compliance with all local regulations by daily site inspections and actively managing subcontractors on-site
Participate in daily safety meetings with the subcontractors and ensure all workers on site are compliant with all federal and local safety laws as well as Dynamic's standards
Coordinate final closeout of the project
Communicate with the Production Manager regarding any issues on-site immediately after observing or learning of the issue
Pre-inspection punch list to be done by Superintendent with Foreman prior to inspection
Generate extra work orders, not in the contract, and secure backup
Coordinate receipt of daily job reports
Conduct daily visits to all active job sites to ensure progress with established production goals and obtain information needed by ProjectManagement
Complies with and enforces all personnel and safety policies
Carry out specific work plans as assigned by management

NOVA Engineering is seeking a CMT ProjectManager to work on Construction Materials Testing & Special Inspection projects in the Tampa, FL metropolitan statistical area (MSA).
Responsibilities:
Project Coordination & Oversight
Manage and schedule field staff for construction materials testing and inspections.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of field activities and results.
Oversee quality assurance and compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Client Engagement & Business Development
Prepare and present proposals tailored to client needs.
Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and responsiveness.
Support business development efforts including client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Handle project invoicing and budget tracking.
Technical Expertise
Conduct and supervise field inspections including:
Proofrolling
Reinforced Concrete
Structural Masonry
Structural Steel & Bolting
Welding Inspections
Soils / Foundations
Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction materials testing and projectmanagement.
Strong knowledge of ASTM, ACI, AWS, and other relevant standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Certifications such as ACI, ICC, AWS, NICET, or EIT/PE are highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is a plus.

Job Title: Project Controls Associate Employment Type: Full-Time
Management Solutions is seeking a Project Controls Associate to support project planning, scheduling, and cost control efforts across major initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated critical path schedules in accordance with project specifications
Document planning objectives, scope, and milestones for inclusion in scheduling processes
Collect and update project progress data from project teams and stakeholders
Monitor project metrics including schedule dates, physical percent complete, resource needs, subcontractor deliverables, and accruals
Track schedule progress and resource productivity
Generate time-phased project cost and resource forecasts and validate project cost data
Monitor actual expenditures against forecasts and project deliverables
Conduct financial variance, risk, and profit/loss analyses
Create non-routine financial reports and perform complex analyses
Assess and document the cost and schedule impact of project changes
Raise early warning signals for project risks and delays
Recommend resource adjustments to maintain project timelines
Ensure compliance with internal processes and federal/government contract requirements
Required Qualifications:
Degree: Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred)
Years of Experience: 2-5 years of work experience
Analytical and good with numbers
Experience with scheduling
Organized, detail oriented and proactive
Experience with Primavera (P6)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to pass a federal background check and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience with DoD or DOE contracts
Familiarity with project controls tools and methodologies in a federal contracting environment
Work Authorization:
U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements.
Working Conditions:
Employees must be available to work during Eastern Time Zone business hours and will be required to use a computer and other office equipment for extended periods.
