Job Description
MSTI is seeking Inventory Specialists to join our team. As an Inventory Specialist you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels. Your attention to detail and ability to analyze data will be critical in ensuring inventory accuracy and identifying areas for improvement.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely delivery of goods
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels
Analyze inventory data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Perform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with standard operating procedures
Process IT equipment for relocation, distribution and receipt
Communicate inventory status and issues to management and government stakeholders
Utilize Inventory Management Databases to update status of equipment
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma
1+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management or warehousing
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Forklift certification
Must be able to obtain a government clearance level, National Agency Check w/Inquiries (NACI).
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field

Equipment installation and preventative maintenance:
-Install and set up proprietary ALPLA equipment
-Conduct regular preventive maintenance tasks on machinery to ensure optimal functionality and prolong equipment lifespan.

Performs predictive maintenance:

Responsibilities:
Planning and implementation of customized Power Platform technical, application, and automation solutions and processes to address civil engineering, facilities, and data challenges.
Providing organizational re-design and integration of legacy engineering and logistics processes into software applications.
Supporting software sustainment and processes for prioritizing capital projects across the civil engineering enterprise to address executive Leadership mandates as well as Congressional and Government Accountability Office (GAO) directives.
Support application and database modernization efforts to enable data integrity.
Provide mission critical support for their supplemental Appropriation program
Assess all software applications and determine the best way to update Legacy systems
Develop customized workflows and dashboards on multiple software applications for various departments
Support the modernization of these applications
Implement automation and Machine Learning solutions
Qualifications:
Education Requirements: BA or BS in Management, Engineering, Business, Financial, or IT
10+ years of application development and database management experience
5+ years of systems automation and dashboard development
Must currently be a US Citizen
Must live within a commutable distance to the worksite as this position is onsite
Holds an active secret clearance, or the ability to acquire one
Certifications:
CompTIA DataX or CompTIA AI Essentials or equivalent certification

Compensation
Base salary is negotiable and competitive and may range widely based on your success in e-Discovery/litigation support sales and your own projection revenue ($85,000.000 - $200,000+ USD/yr). Commissions you earn based on selling our full suite of litigation support services are up to 16% and completely uncapped.

Seven paid holidays as well as 23 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year accrued at a rate of 3.54 hours at the end of each week worked to be used at the employee's discretion for vacation, personal or sick days in accordance with IST company guidelines.
