ManagementTrainees are taught every aspect of Greentech Renewables' business in order to supervise their own multi-million-dollar location upon completion of the training.
On-the-job training lasts for approximately 18-24 months and includes rotations in warehouse, counter sales, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial statements, purchasing, account management, project management, inventory management and business development. While the position provides real on the job training, there is also online training related to solar PV, sales, and management. About the Role
