ManagementTrainees are taught every aspect of CED's business in order to run their own multi-million-dollar location upon completion of the training.
On-the-job training lasts for 2-3 years and includes rotations in warehouse, counter sales, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial statements, purchasing, account management, project management, inventory management and business development. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
* Current collegiate enrollment as a Junior-level or Senior-level student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare administration, or other related field of study required
* Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience required
* GED or high school diploma required
* Strong communicator who enjoys building relationships
* Curious, self-driven learner eager to jump into new projects

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Shadow infusion sales executives during provider visits, field ride-alongs, virtual meetings, etc.
* Support territory development through research, lead identification, and competitor insights.
* Assist with CRM data entry, contact updates, referral tracking, and basic reporting.
* Partner with Marketing to create or refine campaign content and social media posts.
* Prepare sales materials, presentations, and follow-up communications.
* Participate in cold-calling activities during the final weeks to practice outreach and communication.
* Participate in internship cohort activities.
* Contribute to sales analytics projects with the Sales Operations Director.
* Attend team huddles, sales meetings, and cross-functional discussions with Marketing and Operations.
* Help identify business challenges, brainstorm solutions, and work on improvement-based projects.
* Document insights from shadowing experiences to support future training and process improvements.

Bunzl Processor Division (BPD) has a summer internship program available for students currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a Sales related field. The intern will work with our Field Sales Development division reporting directly to the Sales Manager of Field Sales Development and up into the Director of Sales Development and Training. This internship will work with the management team, and the Field Sales Development Team to learn and participate in a variety of Sales and BPD functions. This internship will be scheduled for 10 weeks in the summer of 2026.
Responsibilities:
Become familiar with BPD process and systems
Be able to learn the Bunzl system of sales and customer engagement
Spend time in the field with current Field Sales Reps shadowing them on sales calls
Work with Sales Mentor (assigned during the program) to assist in development
Make outbound sales calls to customers (after sufficient training)
Become proficient in the AS400 system
Become familiar with different divisions of BPD, including Customer Service, Purchasing, Data Analytics, Category Management, and Warehouse
Prepare, process, review and monitor various sales reports for Sales Managers
Prepare and analyze monthly sales analysis
Will be assigned a sales related project to research, study, prepare, and report out to upper management during the final week of the program
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required, must currently be pursuing a bachelor's degree
Must possess strong planning, organizational and time management skills, as well as strong problem-solving skills
Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and successfully manage multiple and shifting priorities, projects, and deadlines
Proven self-starter with strong work ethic, self-motivated, resourceful, conscientious, punctual and energetic
Professional phone manner and ability to interact professionally with staff
Must be proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
