In addition, this role will be responsible for leading and collaborating with Senior, Managing, and Associate Operations Consultants within the department, as well as staff across all levels of the organization, to proliferate LEAN Six Sigma and change management practices.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A. Education: Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred. Major in Healthcare, Business, Industrial/Systems Engineering, or related field preferred.
B. Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience preferred. Managerial or other leadership positions preferred. Expert knowledge and experience with continuous performance and process improvement initiatives, including project and change management, required. Must possess advanced knowledge utilizing Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word. Extensive experience interpreting data trends, patterns, and gaps to inform performance improvement priorities.
