Job Description
You will lead a team of marketing professionals focusing on Field Marketing for our Channel/Enterprise business in Latin America & Caribbean. This is a high-visibility role that works closely with the Latin America & Caribbean Channel sales leaders to create a marketing strategy and plan to support and grow the business. This position will:
Lead the team that implements all marketing activities in the region, being responsible for the development and implementation of the channel marketing plan in the Region, in line with the sales team's priorities, including channel sell-through and sell-out programs, demand generation for channel marketers, and brand building programs;Strategically build the Demand Generation plan for LACR, including account-based marketing (ABM), lead generation campaigns, engagement programs, and marketing automation programs;Develop a strategy for participation in industry events and trade shows, e.g., identify the highest impact venues and optimal format. Basic Requirements
