Evolve:
Own and analyze Motorola's Video & Access Control Division global channel Programs; coverage, performance and changes required to maintain growth targets Work to define and refine partner enablement programs to drive channel growth and loyalty Drive development of platforms used to service the channel to increase efficiency Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Sales, Operations, Finance and others to accomplish channel programs goals
Maintain:
Develop a corporate level relationship and gather feedback from channel to understand the strength and weaknesses of the program Measure success of the channel, define metrics and report on health metrics on a regular cadence Participate in the development of training materials based on feedback from channel partners Attend trade shows and professionally participate in booth duty at various marketing events as necessary
Grow:
