Facilities and equipment are new and current. The mixing system is Murray. You are also responsible for the maintenance shop and offices. This role is heavily focused on leadership and management of your team. You will take care of hiring, onboarding, coaching, evaluating, and keeping your team focused and on track. Your team is experienced. Allow them to make decisions. They work together to accomplish the daily tasks and full-fill the needs of the customer. A key focus will be keeping your bench stocked and replacing people as they retire. Daily, you will oversee inventory and ordering of product. Dispatch and scheduling of people and equipment.
