Attendance is expected and fully supported. *What You'll Be Doing (i.e., Job Duties)* * Own the entire product lifecycle for Coinbase Institutional Client Onboarding, from strategy to post-launch growth. * Identify and evaluate new product opportunities through deep client and market insights. * Define, manage, and report on key metrics to measure product success and guide prioritization. * Articulate a compelling shared vision and align cross-functional teams to achieve product goals. * Efficiently deliver impactful features by partnering with Engineering, Design, Sales and other stakeholders. * Champion scalability and optimization by collaborating with Engineering, Compliance, and Operations to automate and improve the onboarding experience. * Ensure the Onboarding lifecycle is consistent, trusted, and easy for clients. *What We Look For In You (ie. Job Requirements)* * 5+ years of demonstrable experience, including leading multiple successful product launches. * Outstanding ability to influence cross-functional teams, coordinate complex functions, and align product strategy with senior engineers and designers without direct authority. * Prioritize client needs in all decision-making. * Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving capabilities. * Commitment to building reliable, scalable, "institutional grade" products, with proactive risk mitigation (reputational, market, credit, legal, compliance, tax, operational, financial). * Ability to bridge crypto and financial market primitives to drive innovative solutions. * Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills. * An entrepreneurial mindset and drive with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Demonstrated passion for crypto and the Coinbase mission. * Ability to travel up to 10%. *Nice to haves:* * Proven track record scaling institutional client onboarding at fintech, banking, or crypto firms, reducing time-to-onboard while maintaining compliance. * Hands-on experience with identity verification vendors, including evaluation, integration, and optimizing pass rates vs. fraud prevention. * Background working with institutional client personas (e.g., hedge funds, family offices, broker-dealers, corporate treasuries), understanding their unique compliance/operational needs. * Domain knowledge in compliance automation and risk-based onboarding (dynamic KYC, continuous monitoring), with experience building/improving onboarding decisioning engines.
