Job Summary
Oldcastle Infrastructure (OI), as part of CRH's Infrastructure Products Group (IPG), is a global manufacturing leader of utility infrastructure products. The new ERP system implementation will require significant change for the organization. Master Data Process Manager will lead a team of data stewards overseeing the design of for a business line sharing their functional expertise as part of data mapping, understanding the changes and business impacts, and becoming experts in the new system, processes, and roles. As part of the ERP Management team, Master Data Process Manager will ensure new ERP users are set up for long term success by supporting readiness assessments, leading end user training, monitoring adoption, and coaching users to proper system utilization.
Job Location
This role will work remotely in the US with periodic heavy domestic travel up to 50%.

Job Requirements
7+ years of business process expertise, in one or more of the following functional areas:
Master Data
Supplier segmentation
Purchasing of direct materials, indirect materials & services

Material requirements planning, including order-specific procurement
Hands-on experience with SAP or part of another ERP implementation team

Essential Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Typically 10+ years of experience in low voltage systems or a related field, with at least 5 years in a project management or lead role, preferably within mission-critical environments like data centers.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of electrical, mechanical, and IT infrastructure in large-scale facilities and the ability to interpret blueprints, riser diagrams, and specifications.

This role will receive a competitive salary, benefits, and equity. The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas. The Opportunity:
The Director, Technology Services (DTS) will drive industry-leading Technology Service Delivery to all ECI clients within a specified geographical region.
In this role, you will lead a team of engineers fostering an environment that emphasizes learning, empowerment, and personal development. Driving best-in-class operational practices, you will safeguard ECI technology standards and operational efficiency.

What you will do:
Manage and continuously innovate service delivery methods and practices delivering high quality outputs and positive client experiences in the performance of technology service delivery tasks.

Collaborate with your peer in the Client Success group, the Managing Directors and other roles to ensure that delivery quality is a positive factor in their business-growth relationships with your clients; similarly support your Sales colleagues with sales growth efforts, ideally being the ‘voice of credibility' regarding the levels of excellence that ECI's services delivery is capable of.
Proactively establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers amongst ECI's most strategic clients. Drive high levels of employee participation across your team for applicable Ensure that technological evolution is an overarching characteristic of your workplace mindset.
Collaborate with the Services Operations team on the evaluation of systems, processes, tools, KPIs, and dashboards that may be under consideration to improve our ticketing (ServiceNow) and services delivery processes and the visibility of relevant data points.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Administer, configure, and maintain IT systems, networks, databases, and infrastructure supporting the program and call center environments.
• Monitor system performance and ensure uptime, security, and compliance with SSA requirements and industry standards.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues; coordinate with internal teams or external vendors as needed.
• Oversee and implement software upgrades, hardware replacement, system enhancements, and routine maintenance.

• Maintain change logs, system documentation, and asset inventories in accordance with organizational requirements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of progressively responsible IT systems management experience.
• Strong background in administration and maintenance of enterprise IT systems, networks, databases, and telecommunications platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in system security, access control, incident response, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience troubleshooting system, hardware, and software issues in a multi-user environment.
• Working knowledge of SSA requirements, FISMA, Privacy Act, and Section 508 accessibility standards.
• Proven ability to implement system upgrades, patches, and technology enhancements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear technical documentation and reports.

The Opportunity The Manager, Quality Management Systems (QMS) is responsible for implementing, and maintaining the company's global Quality Management System to ensure compliance with applicable pharmaceutical regulations, industry standards (e.g., ICH, GMP, ISO 9001), and company policies. Primary Responsibilities
QMS Oversight: Manage and continuously improve the Quality Management System, ensuring alignment with global regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA 21 CFR Parts 210/211, EU GMP, ICH Q10).
Documentation Control: Oversee document management processes, ensuring timely creation, review, approval, and archiving of controlled documents (SOPs, policies, quality manuals).
Deviation and CAPA Management: Lead the deviation, investigation/audit, and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes to ensure timely closure and root cause identification.
Change Control: Manage the change control system, ensuring changes are risk-assessed, justified, and properly implemented.
Inspections Readiness: Coordinate internal audits; prepare for and support regulatory inspections; track and implement corrective actions.
Metrics & Reporting: Develop and monitor QMS performance metrics and quality KPIs; present trends and improvement plans to senior management.
Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance QMS efficiency and effectiveness using tools such as risk-based approaches and Agile methodology.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with departments across organizations to ensure consistent implementation of quality standards and best practices.
Qualifications and Key Success Factors
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field required.
Advanced degree (MSc, MBA) preferred.
7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Strong working knowledge of GMP, ICH Q10, and global regulatory expectations.
Experience with Veeva Vault Quality and QMS platforms.
Demonstrated success in preparing for and hosting regulatory inspections (FDA, EMA, MHRA, etc.).
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
Excellent knowledge of quality systems and regulatory frameworks.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills at all organizational levels.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Leadership mindset with a focus on mentorship and quality culture development.
