THE WORK
As A Senior System Engineer and Delivery Order Lead you will:
• Engage with members of the PMO to provide schedule and milestone status and provide risk assessment/escalation. Participate in regular meetings and reporting activities with customer stakeholders
• Collaborate with the program's Chief Engineer on solution development to ensure compliance and best practices
• Contribute to the development of sections of systems engineering documentation such as System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirements Specifications, and Interface Control Documents
• Manage system requirements and derived requirements to ensure the delivery of production systems that are compatible with the defined system architecture(s) - Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF), Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), etc.
• Participate in establishing and gaining approval of the definition of a system or component under development (requirements, designs, interfaces, test procedures, etc) that provides a common reference point for hardware and software developers
• Provide technical direction for the development, engineering, interfacing, integration, and testing of specific components of complex hardware/software systems to include requirements elicitation, analysis and functional allocation, conducting system requirements reviews, developing concepts of operation and interface standards, developing system architectures, and performing technical/non-technical assessment and management as well as end-to-end flow analysis
• Provide technical services assistance to government engineers in the creation, updating and management of system product line standards and databases

Position Overview:
The Manager of Business Systems provides leadership and guidance to the business systems team within RQIP. This position collaborates with stakeholders within RQIP, AHA and Laerdal to ensure that their business systems needs are addressed. This position is primarily responsible for on-going maintenance and support of Salesforce. This position requires expertise in Salesforce functionality, reporting, and other analytical tools. This position will lead the Salesforce sprints with daily standups, requirements, QA testing, UAT planning and Production smoke testing. This position also supports assisting with basic SF admin function such as User accounts, permissions, data accuracy and fixes.

+ Manage and lead a team responsible for the support and maintenance of all business systems applications within RQI Partners.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and challenges.
+ Define, document, and maintain business processes and system workflows to ensure consistency and compliance across the company.
+ Develop a strong relationship with stakeholders to ensure that their business systems needs are met.
+ Define and manage ticket intake process to ensure timely resolution of issues.
+ Responsible for tracking project backlog in JIRA and assisting with prioritization of application roadmap.
+ Monitor the salesforce inbox for user reported issues and provide timely resolution.
+ Manage the agile sprint releases to ensure successful deployment.
+ Manage and prioritize competing demands and ensure that project deadlines are met.
+ Lead the QA and UAT planning for each sprint cycle.
+ Collaborate with the implementation partner to ensure success of each Salesforce release.
+ Act as the SME for all Salesforce related business processes.
+ Help with Salesforce reports and dashboard changes.
+ Collaborate with business partners and PMO team for business process re-engineering.
+ Research external applications within the Salesforce and provide recommendations for improvement.
+ Responsible for Salesforce CPQ related changes.
+ Develop and perform training for users to ensure successful adoption of new application changes and assist with new user on-boarding.
