This is a newly formed role for Atlassian, which will report to the Customer Engagement & Insights Team Lead. The Customer Engagement & Insights team is focused on delivering relevant customer insights that support our strategic goals. We manage the Enterprise Engage Programs, which include high-touch programs such as Executive Briefings, Customer Advisory Boards, Design Partner Program, and more. We work with partners from across the company to support our Enterprise customers and develop/deepen strategic relationships with them.
What you'll do:Manage Executive Briefings for Atlassian's enterprise customers to inspire enterprise executives and decision-makers to accomplish goals, while providing an excellent customer experience in person, virtually, or hybrid.Evaluate Executive Briefing funnel based on sales impact, revenue potential, level of attendees, and stage in the sales cycle.Partner with the Account Team to develop customized agendas, source and schedule discussion leaders, and lead prep and dry run calls.Collaborate with Account Teams to help understand the customer's needs. Ask probing questions regarding customer challenges and help steer appropriate talking points for each discussion leader.Build relationships with SMEs from product, marketing, and leadership to provide discussion leader support for Executive Briefings. Work with team members across the business to understand how programs, solutions, products, and priorities are evolving.Ensure logistical arrangements are made to support Executive Briefings (invitations, meeting space, catering and, A/V).Capture customer insights and action items throughout the briefing, delivering feedback to relevant team members.Conduct a retrospective on each briefing, gathering Account Team and customer feedback, identifying post-briefing opportunities, and reporting on conclusions and suggestions to improve the Executive Briefing Program.
