Builds strong collaborative relationships and partnerships with Agency leadership and Human Resource teams locally and across the agency to evaluate and deliver workforce development programs for compliance with government standards, emerging business needs and individual development. Proactively engages to identify, develop and deliver just-in-time learning remedies to support local business needs. Directly engages with managers and employees to identify competency gaps for current or future career opportunities, and identifies and facilitates developmental tools to address. Actively partners with key stakeholders to improve efficiency and effectiveness of local learning programs or to develop and deliver new programs to meet emerging needs. Core Responsibilities: -Develop District Learning Plans: Collaborate with key stakeholders across the agency to identify local learning events and tools that address workforce needs for inclusion in a documented annual District or CO Budget and other resource planning.
