Ocean Spray Marketing is looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to join the Marketing Center of Excellence. The Center of Excellence comprises a collection of experts across Strategy, Design, Content, Media, Partnerships, PR and Omnichannel (Shopper and eComm) that provide expertise and guidance in the strategy, planning and execution of all Ocean Spray Brand Building activities. Integrated Marketing creates and manages the strategic plans and creative tactics/executions that meet Brand's marketing objectives and aligns with brand positioning and creative campaign. It connects the dots across integrated marketing channels to ensure they create comprehensive and cohesive brand marketing plans. As a member of this team the Manager of Integrated Marketing will report to the Director of Integrated Marketing and manage the day-to-day integration of the internal Brand stakeholders, COE pillar leaders, and external agencies to ensure flawless execution of truly integrated plans.

Position location: We're all about flexibility! This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA or our Seaport Boston, MA location with Mondays & Fridays remote.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Leads the execution of the Integrated Marketing plans that support brand marketing objectives to drive profitable growth Direct variety of agency partners (creative, influencer, CRM, promotions, media) to develop Integrated Marketing plans and creative tactics/executions that meet Brand's marketing objectives and aligns with brand positioning and creative campaign Coordinate and Partner with brand, COE and agency stakeholders to ensure on time, integrated, customer centric plans on budget.Connects the dots across integrated marketing channels to ensure they create a cohesive brand marketing plan.Have a pulse on integrated marketing initiatives in the marketplace and share with COE and broader marketing organization Maintains a deep understanding of channels and tactics across consumer engagement and integrated marketing landscape - media, sponsorship, PR, traffic, creative services, packaging, digital marketing, insights and research, analytics, shopper marketing, ecommerce, and consumer promotions Stays up-to-date on integrated marketing trends, emerging platforms and capabilities, constantly mining for opportunities to build our brands, improve brand personality, engagement and growth across all consumer touchpoints and share with the COE and broader marketing department for culture hacking opportunities

Process Management
Manage weekly Internal Integrated Marketing Meetings and external IAT meetings to ensure on time, holistic execution.Leverage Monday.com as the single source of truth for planning and timeline management ensuring it is always up to date and tracking accountability for partner usage.Support the director in the deployment of processes and oversees adherence by Brand/ COE/Agency to processes for integrated Marketing planning (i.e. brief writing, creative evaluation, and creative development process).

Brand Building
Support, promote, and elevate the team to the broader Marketing COE and Brand Marketing organization, and throughout the total Ocean Spray company Participation in broader Ocean Spray and Marketing COE team building, volunteer, and engagement opportunities

Competencies and Skills:
B.A. or equivalent.5+ years experience in Integrated Marketing- on either agency or client-side - or Brand Marketing role Strong understanding of Marketing Strategy and Consumer-centric Marketing frameworks preferred Experience working with Brand leaders to develop integrated marketing plans that meet Brand objectives Experience working with internal and/or external creative teams to produce holistic brand assets that can be leveraged across entire ecosystem Knowledge and exposure to multiple digital/social marketing tactics across multiple communication channels (or relationship platforms), must have a passion for social media, content, social culture and the consumer.Knowledge and exposure of paid media, website and CRM strategy, shopper marketing tactics and vendors Ability to proactively and collaboratively work with others in a cross-matrix organization Strong ability to manage integrated marketing budgets and strong understanding of Finance/Accounting process (i.e. Month end close, accruals) Strong organizational and project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
