The Integration CVS Manager provides leadership and expert advice to management and to the members of his/her team. This individual serves as a billable lead or consultant to our customers and will manage a small team of consultants and occasionally assist with sales activities. This person works closely with engagement and project managers to identify business needs, assist with staffing projects, and ensure work/life balance of our consultants are monitored and adjusted appropriately. The Manager typically report to a Senior Manager/Director level position within the Delivery organization.
Responsibilities:
· Recruit, develop, manage and retain a diverse, remote team of CVS consultants supporting integrations in Workday's HCM, Payroll, and Financial applications
· Lead and manage team with multiple CVS customer engagements
· Drive team and individuals to achieve high customer satisfaction levels
· Establish annual goals and objectives during the annual review process
· Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns to project management.
· Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate clients on developing and operating interfaces to and from a SaaS platform.
· Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices
· Evaluate, communicate and coordinate the technical impacts of integration configuration decisions.

· Led at least one full Workday implementation or equivalent post production efforts
· Understand the Workday system and be able to communicate its functionality to others
