We are looking for an experienced International Marketing Manager with a passion for planning, developing and executing global marketing strategies to support our global growth. You will partner closely with our marketing and sales teams to lead all programs related to building the Fountain brand across new regions and supporting our international account executives to drive pipeline.

What you'll be doing:Develop and execute global marketing strategy including messaging, content development, and supporting sales materials Work cross-functionally and partner with content and sales leaders in the development and translation of go-to-market resources Be the pulse of the international market through research, analysis, qualitative feedback, and direct engagement Support product launches globally, optimize product conversion funnel, and provide product feedback from customers to inform the roadmap Research, select, negotiate and manage vendors and services that help to support the overall strategic intent and operational success of global go-to-market efforts Partner closely with Brand Leadership to ensure timely, transparent and cohesive strategic alignment across all GTM processes and initiatives Drive and facilitate ad-hoc projects coming up as a result of GTM strategies Support the global event strategy, including logistics, onsite execution and post event analysis Help us connect the dots and measure the effectiveness of product marketing activities, identify opportunities for improvement and orchestrate many moving parts
What you should bring:7+ years of experience in product marketing, consulting, product strategy, growth or media agency analytics You have strong knowledge of sales and marketing processes - bonus points if you're familiar with the HR technology space You are incredibly organized and efficient - you take on complex projects and own them from start to finish You continually approach projects with a customer-first mindset You have a deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and experience in SaaS products You think strategically and have the ability to communicate effectively and work directly with senior leadership You have exceptional comfort working in ambiguous environments, defining personal goals that are aligned with the company mission You love data and proving ROI through results-backed information Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
