Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and drive event-based marketing initiatives to generate sales leads for sales representative follow-up
• Identify, schedule, and plan an event calendar for a team of Event Marketers in assigned territory
• Responsibility for budgeting and staffing for identified local events
• Attend trade shows, home shows, fairs, festivals, and community events and manage event marketing team in generating new sales leads
• Collaborate with the local Operation and Installation Managers to grow brand presence within the local market
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop Event Marketers and create accountability through established Event Marketer goals and KPIs
• Track and report event metrics to evaluate performance and ROI of events • Responsible for exceeding sales lead quotas based upon established KPIs
Minimum Skills and Competencies:
• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years experience in successful lead generation and management positions in direct-to-consumer industries
• Strong recruiting and training skills
• Experience with budgeting and planning
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with ability to manage and develop others
• Travel within the assigned territory as needed
• Ability to work evenings and/or weekends and pre-scheduled events
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access) • Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without “dropping the ball”.

Event Contractor - Live Sports Production

WHAT (Contract Services Needed)

Move safely, be efficient and maneuver with a sense of urgency throughout your workday.MONITOR - Ensure each game's stream is steady and consistent. Operate and troubleshoot equipment and technology, maintain communication with the BallerTV team throughout the event. ENJOY - Watch live sports while working! How cool is that?FLEXIBILITY - This role is a part-time, weekend contractor position. Some events start as early as 6AM and run as late as 10PM. You may be asked to travel up to 40 miles one way.
PAY - Rates vary depending on the area and will be at least $16 an hour.

document and share recommendations with supervisor First 6 Months Event Planning and Execution Plan organize and manage all aspects of special events including the annual Gala donorvolunteer appreciation events stakeholder programs and fundraising initiatives Develop event timelines budgets and work plans to ensure goals are achieved on time and within budget Oversee vendor selection contracts and logistics venue catering dcor entertainment AV Work with outside consultants to ensure execution of signature events Measures of Success Events executed on schedule and within 5 of budget; WHAT (Contract Services Needed)
TRACK - Receive and handle all event equipment, including camera gear & marketing assets.EXECUTION - Set up BallerTV's streaming system (filming equipment) at each court (or field). Move safely, be efficient and maneuver with a sense of urgency throughout your workday.MONITOR - Ensure each game's stream is steady and consistent. Operate and troubleshoot equipment and technology, maintain communication with the BallerTV team throughout the event. ENJOY - Watch live sports while working! How cool is that?FLEXIBILITY - This role is a part-time, weekend contractor position. Some events start as early as 6AM and run as late as 10PM. You may be asked to travel up to 40 miles one way.
