We are currently seeking an Area Personal Training Manager to successfully grow our fitness offerings including 1-on-1 Training as well as other programming. PT Manager

Position Status: Full Time

Position Classification: Non- Exempt/ Hourly

Supervises: Personal Trainers

Position Detail: The PT Manager has responsibilities for the effectiveness in managing and implanting all club fitness related protocols and will report all issues to the Regional Manager and/or Proper manager.

Major Responsibilities:

* Implement and facilitate monthly sales promotions for PT, Team Training, and Small Group Training.
* Respond to clients and customers in a timely manner.
* Maintain close relationship with new member sales staff to ensure proper KPIs on fitness metrics.
* Personally, responsible for at least 6 new sales per month or average 4 service hours billed/ day. Measured upon monthly working days Mon.-Fri.
* Personal responsible for 15 orientations per month.
* Conduct weekly fitness department meetings.
* Monitor all fitness stats on a daily basis and develop strategies with the Regional Manager.
* Participate in managing/ordering of supplementation products with the Regional Manager.
* Conduct monthly audits of personal training staff and track and report accordingly.
* Enforce company and department policy and procedures.

Education/ Skills/ Certification:

* Must currently hold an active, nationally accredited personal training certification, or a bachelors in exercise related field.
* Ability to train and educate any new and existing staff in all areas of fitness department procedures.
* Possess a thorough understanding of the fitness department as defined by company standards.
* Comprehensive knowledge of all facility operational, sales and management systems.
* Proficient in the use of all software programs that are utilized at the facility.
