Edgewell Personal Care is looking for a Senior Director of Amazon to join our sales team, reporting into the VP Channel Sales. This position will be responsible for executing the growth strategies on Amazon for Edgewell's U.S. market.
Candidates should have a strong working knowledge of the Amazon Vendor & Seller central business models with experience in managing multi‑brand portfolio and complex digital strategies. The candidate will manage a vast array of job functions including brand growth strategy development and execution, online sales fundamentals execution, P&L and budget management. This individual will be a key stakeholder in the development and delivery of the joint business plan with Amazon and Edgewell's net revenue and P&L targets. Accountabilities Strategy and business leadership
Develop and deliver joint business plan targets and brand growth strategies on Amazon across EPC's portfolio of brands.
Forecast, track, and deliver consumption and sales growth targets for EPC and Amazon
Analyze AMZ market trends: Interpret data leveraging customer ratings and operating metrics to make informed business recommendations and adjust strategy as needed.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to manage the digital forecasting process. This process allows for optimal in‑stocks levels, aligned upon between EPC and AMZ.
Manage financials including trade rates, margin, markdowns, etc.
Use data and metrics around financial, brand, and shopper trends to maximize market share, sales, and profits
Collaborate with Customer Development, Customer Units and members of the Marketing team to provide concise and actionable market insights internally and to AMZ.
Work with internal partners to implement methods that assist AMZ in effectively and creatively winning with consumers, shoppers, end‑users, and purchasers through various online tactics
Negotiate and manage trade funds to create customer and company value by consistently measuring and enforcing trade terms and identifying opportunities for improvement
Team leadership
Lead a US‑based sales team (4) with a clear, strategic vision setting that optimizes resource allocation, builds sustainable growth trajectories, and leverages data to drive solutions
Fosters a culture that emphasizes both high performance and employee well‑being.
Sets team goals and metrics: Establishes clear goals and sales deliverables by teammates, using key performance indicators (KPI) reporting to drive operational excellence and accountability.

Co‑leads AVN negotiations with the VP, Channel Sales.
Work with the Marketing Organization including the Digital Content Manager and the Integrated Media Team to improve SEO traffic and conversion, optimize product detail pages, ensure syndication of ratings and reviews and optimize new product launches.
Desirable Education, Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or similar field and/or MBA preferred.
10 years of direct and hands‑on experience with Amazon channels (both Vendor and Seller Central)
5+ years of management experience, with proven ability to coach, lead, and upskill talent
Deep knowledge of Digital Commerce product flow and web store performance optimization
Experience developing and managing budgets
Ability to operate independently given direction, bring ideas and solutions to issues raised.

The salary range for this position is $216,000 - 324,000. POSITION OVERVIEW:
The National Manager, Team for Cures (Endurance Events) is a leadership role on the peer-to-peer fundraising team, reporting to the Director, Peer-to-Peer Fundraising Team for Cures. The National Manager leads the strategic growth, implementation, and execution of the organization's endurance-based fundraising initiatives, including marathon, hike, cycling, and virtual endurance events. This individual will be responsible for implementing peer-to-peer fundraising best practices to drive successful event recruitment and fundraising outcomes. They will oversee the endurance program expansion's, participant recruitment, and revenue growth strategies to achieve fundraising goals.
The National Manager is a revenue-generating role that will lead a small team responsible for reaching and exceeding fundraising goals. Additionally, this role will manage their own portfolio of events and as needed, local/regional create your own fundraising events.
The National Manager brings experience in managing fundraising staff, working collaboratively within a large team, and a demonstrated history of successful direct fundraising responsibilities in charity marathon programs. They also bring knowledge and experience in executing hike, cycling, and wraparound event/third party/DIY fundraising events and stewarding volunteers.

Strategic Planning
Develop and execute a strategy to grow the organization's marathon-based fundraising teams and endurance programs.
Listen and elevate ideas from direct reports to successfully support program expansion.
Act as a thought-partner in exploring revenue-diversification opportunities, including sponsorship opportunities.
Effective Cross-Functional Team Collaboration
Collaborate with Development, Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, and regional P2P teams to strengthen participant and revenue pipelines, as well as elevate brand presence at endurance events.
Collaborate with partner agencies to ensure the successful launch of our experiential fundraising events, from website launch to event day.
Communications
Develop or complete reports and presentations to share strategy,programmatic updates and revenue progress.
Assist in the development of fundraising communications.
Create any graphics or promotional collateral, if needed
Owned Portfolio of Fundraising Events
Lead recruitment and stewardship of volunteer leaders, endurance athletes, and fundraising participants.
Provide customer service and tailored support to fundraisers, donors, and community members
Cultivate key partnerships with race organizers, sponsors, and community stakeholders to expand team participation and visibility.
Identify and implement innovative strategies to retain fundraisers and increase average fundraising per participant.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $150,000 to $160,000. AECOM is currently seeking Construction Senior Project Manager to work on K-12 and Higher Education Facilities. This role is not remote and requires on site presence. Within this role, the individual will be responsible to oversee the delivery of various scope projects for K-12 and Higher Ed building construction, reconstruction and renovation projects as well as various MEP upgrades and sitework projects. Project Manager will work alone or as part of a team and interact with clients, design consultants, contractors and various project stakeholders,managing projects through their lifecycles including pre-construction, procurement, construction and closeout of contracts to ensure that projects are of high quality and delivered in the most expeditious, efficient manner possible. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
Providing oversight and direction to enable projects to be completed on time and on budget.
Serving as a liaison for those managing design and construction to ensure smooth project delivery.
Assisting in the sequencing and coordination of projects.
Utilizing various platforms and software to ensure efficient client review and approval pathways; reviewing plans and documents and providing feedback to various entities, and researching best practices to progress project delivery.
Contact with consultants, engineers, planners, architects, landscape architects, contractors, and representatives of civic, community and governmental organizations will be an aspect of the work.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
* BA/BS in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management plus 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
* Professional Engineer License is required.
Preferred Requirements
Experience with Design-Build Project Delivery Method (either as part of DB Team or Owner's Rep).
Projects Experience in K-12 and Higher Education Facilities.
Project Manager with 10 years' experience managing new construction, reconstruction, and renovation of various building types and various associated sitework and MEP upgrades.
Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and project tracking systems such as Procore or Primavera P6.
NJ Registration as a Professional Engineer, Registered Architect, or Registered Landscape Architect preferred.
