The STH grant program is funded through the California Department of Social Services' (CDSS) Office of Civil Rights, Accessibility and Racial Equity (CARE). The Program Manager will report to the Project Director, who leads AAPI Equity Alliance efforts as the Regional Lead agency for the STH Los Angeles County region, supporting 42 subgrantee organizations.
