We are seeking a professional engineer with experience managing and executing work involving projects for the municipal water and wastewater industry. You will also work closely with and be mentored by strong technical and business development experts along with other leaders in the Southwest offices and the West Region to deliver the BC Experience to our Clients. Desired Skills and Experience:
* A B.S. degree in a related engineering field (Civil, Environmental, etc.) is required.

* Demonstrated experience in preparation of engineering calculations and equipment selection including hydraulics and pumping systems at a minimum.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Project Manager's role is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines and stay within the budget. This includes all internal communication with Detailers, Account Managers, and outside suppliers. This will involve key production detail management and scheduling responsibilities, as well as all internal communication, work orders, and coordinating the efforts of team members within all departments of ASTOUND. The Project Manager will define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout the entire execution of the job.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
Leads the planning and implementation of custom Fabrication projects.
Develops and maintains project files for project completeness.
Facilitates the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables of custom Fabrication projects.
Defines project tasks and resource requirements.
Manages project budget and supports team to ensure projects delivers with in the 95% to plan.
Manages and Tracks Third Party services for custom Fabrication projects.
Manages project resource allocation.
Develops, updates, and maintains accurate project timelines.
Provides direction and support to the project team.
Maintains interaction with the Detailers throughout the production process and negotiates with suppliers regarding budgetary and scheduling issues
Estimates projects (or specific aspects of projects) as required
Produces and executes detailed budgets for projects
Works closely with Account Management and Operations departments to ensure that project budgets are strictly adhered to and that profits are maximized
Creates scope of work with associated budgetary allocations for distribution to the Operations department
Available for client meetings and presentations
Communicates key production details in connection with the production schedule to the Detailers and the Operations department
Approves all requests for payment to vendors for labor and material charges related to jobs
Establishes and coordinates project timelines, monitors progress, investigates delays, and takes or recommends appropriate actions to ensure the schedules are met.
Maintains an accurate record of all historical quotations, invoices, detailed drawings, and final renderings for all projects
Supports operational project files on a server via project workbook
Maintains a personal project management time log for job costing
Arranges for detailed drawings to be produced as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
BA/BS required as a minimum
A minimum of five (5) years of industry experience as a project manager

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution and delivery of Agilysys Hospitality Group projects.
