ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Program Leadership & Daily Operations Serve as the primary leader responsible for the success of the Disaster Case Management Program, ensuring staff meet deliverables, maintain compliance with FEMA, state, and organizational standards, and advance the mission. Manage daily operations of assigned staff, including case management services, office procedures, timekeeping, reporting, and compliance with all FEMA guidance.
