The PM will possess knowledge and experience in customer service; decision making; flexibility; interpersonal skills; leadership; organizational awareness; problem solving, reasoning; team building; oral communication, speaking and writing; business process reengineering; capital planning and investment assessment; contracting/procurement; cost-benefit analysis; financial management; planning and evaluating; project management; quality assurance; requirements analysis and risk management; configuration, data, and information management; information resources strategy and planning; information technology architecture; information technology performance assessment; infrastructure design; systems integration; systems life cycle; and technology awareness.
Experience Preferred:
Minimum of 5 years of experience with designing and implementing project governance frameworks and business analysis policies, standards, and templates.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a business analyst soliciting requirements and creating various technical documentation, including but not limited to project intake, workflows, and change requests.
Minimum of 5 years of experience using Microsoft Visio and 2 other diagram, workflow, or mockup tools.
Minimum of 5 years of experience using Microsoft Project/Project Online and 2 other project management tools.
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholder groups that resulted in organizational change, such as process improvements, system implementations, or structural realignments.
Education Preferred:
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Certification from International Institute of Business Analytics (IIBA).
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) 4 Strategic Leader Certification or higher.
Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
