This is a project management position; you will coordinate and update timelines, manage ASANA projects, and drive communication across licensed and hemp channels-ensuring alignment and prioritization of marketing efforts in accordance with new product launches and marketing campaigns. You will report to the Director of Product. We would also like the Project Manager to help oversee, update, and maintain the Marketing Budget as we move through the year. You will not be responsible for generating the budget, but rather assisting marketing leadership in regular audits, i.e. budget vs. actual, and making regular updates per marketing leadership to ensure that the budget remains accurate in our systems, and reflects real performance goals. Key Responsibilities Project manage and track work progress on all marketing deliverables related to product launches and marketing campaigns. Communicate proactively with Marketing leaders, including: Brand Director, Trade Director, Art Director, and CMO to ensure timelines for marketing deliverables are met. Operate in ASANA to manage the marketing section of all new product launches, and marketing campaigns. Organize, update, and maintain the marketing section of all product launch and campaign boards. Coordinate key weekly meetings between marketing, product, and operations leaders to ensure prioritization of efforts, including but not limited to: graphic design resources, packaging design, marketing asset development, merchandise etc.. Take detailed meeting notes and track action items. Maintain shared product tools and trackers (e.g., Asana, Google Sheets, Shared Drives) Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support go-to-market activities Prepare presentation materials for internal updates, product briefings and market reports Act as a communication hub between product leaders and the marketing team. Assist in maintenance and coordination of the marketing budget. Work with Marketing leadership to help organize, maintain, and update the budget in accordance with marketing leadership. Qualifications Required: ASANA Foundations Skills Badge & ASANA Workflow Specialist Certification is required for this position. These are offered by ASANA on the ASANA website; completion of these courses will be required prior to your start date. 3-5 years of experience in project management roles Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Proficiency with Excel & Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred: Experience in cannabis, CPG, food & beverage, or regulated industries Understanding of product lifecycle, commercialization, or competitive analysis Interest in cannabis product trends, formulations, or wellness categories PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent project management training Physical Requirements Standing/walking for extended periods of time Sitting for extended periods of time The hiring range for this position in California is $75,000 - $85,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
