Manage and order office supplies, prepare mail and all overnight packages, and sort all incoming mail. Assist with ad-hoc or special projects, initiatives, and other duties as needed. Assist the PEA, with the execution of all office of the CEO event planning duties, including travel logistics on the ground support, venue research, activity research, menu development, Audio Visual, conference registration. Communicate with vendors on contracts, setup, menus, etc. Manage check/wire requests for deposits and final bills in accordance with the contract. Track and manage event budgets. Coordinate with event attendee assistants, both internal and external, to collect detailed information for logistic planning.
