Provide fast-turnaround analyses during live negotiations, diligence processes, and investor discussions. Support underwriting of new builds, expansions, and acquisitions across Amp Z's development pipeline. Contribute to the formulation and execution of Amp Z's broader financial and capital strategy. Assist in evaluating customer credit profiles, lease structures, and long-term contractual economics.
