Position Overview
Under the direction of the Director of Medicaid, the Medicaid Care Manager Team Lead ensures that staff adhere to the Medicaid contractual requirements, policies and procedures, and workflows established to manage the vulnerable Medicaid population.
The Medicaid Care Manager Team Lead manages the daily activities of the Medicaid team (Care Managers and Care Management Associates) to ensure quality outcomes in the delivery of member-centered case management including reduction in emergency room visits and hospital admissions, improved member satisfaction, improved member health, and cost effectiveness.

Duties & Responsibilities
Provide clinical guidance and supervision to assigned Care Managers and clinical support staff to promote efficient and effective delivery of care management services
Supervise day to day activities to make certain that case management services are provided in accordance with clinical guidelines, established processed and MetroPlusHealth organizational standards.
Supervise the entire care management workflow including case referrals, assignments, interventions and goal setting, follow-up/follow-through activities, documentations, and escalations.
Ensure care management activities are conducted in a safe, efficient, and effective manner to promote continuity and quality of care.
Review, develop and modify day to day workflows to ensure timely follow up.
Perform ongoing quality review of cases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Evaluate and document staff performance; coach staff to improve both quality and quantity of skills attaining optimal performances.
Utilize data to track, trend and report productivity and outcome measures, work with the management team to implement necessary improvement strategies.
Coordinate Interdisciplinary Care Team rounds with providers, care managers and care management associates, this include scheduling meetings, identifying members for presentation, and ensuring completion and documentation of follow up activities.
Collaborate Behavioral Health to develop strategies and best practices that lead to desired goals and objectives for members who are co-managed.
Use expert verbal and non-verbal communication skills to motivate and gain co-operation of members and their caregivers.
Resolve issues and mitigate conflict encountered during daily operations, appropriately escalate issues to the Director of Medicaid
Identify and report potential risk, operational opportunities, and barriers encountered.
Conduct monthly audits for the purpose of departmental/organizational reporting and providing formal feedback to case management staff.
Create and submit operational weekly/monthly/quarterly reports.
Work with the leadership team to develop and implement ongoing training and development efforts.
Actively participate in staff training and meetings.
Encourage regular communication and inform staff of relevant departmental and organizational updates.
Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with clinical providers, facility staff and community resources.
Ensure staff comply with orientation requirements, annual and other mandatory trainings, organizational and departmental policies, and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by Director.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required, Master's in nursing preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of Care Management experience in a health care and/or Managed Care setting required.
Minimum of 2 years managerial/leadership experience in a Managed Care and/or healthcare setting required.
Proficiency with computers navigating in multiple systems and web-based applications.
Must know how to use Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Outlook.
Ability to proficiently read and interpret medical records, claims data, pharmacy and lab reports, and prescriptions required
Valid New York State license and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN) Issued by the New York State Education Department (NYSED).

Required Qualifications:

Strong working knowledge of TSA security programs and airport regulatory requirements
Prior leadership experience managing multi-shift operations in a 24/7 environment
Ability to obtain and maintain an MIA SIDA badge with CBP seal
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Excellent communication, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills
Experience managing airline and cargo security programs strongly preferred
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required due to the operational needs of MIA's workforce, passenger base, and client partners

Position Summary
The Uro Oncology Business Manager's main objective is to drive clinical conviction of Anktiva and achieve performance results within their territory. The role will focus on gaining breadth and depth of treatment adoption from the LUGPA clinics, Academic institutions, and IDN Hospitals who treat and manage early-stage bladder cancer patients within their territory. The Uro Oncology Business Manager will need to understand the unique market opportunities of their geography, including account affiliations and decision makers, prescriber influencers, and treatment pathways.
Essential Functions
Execute sales strategy to drive Anktiva's treatment adoption across all clinics and prescribers who treat and manage patients with approved indicators.
Build trusting customer relationships and provide clear educational information to communicate efficacy results and define appropriate patient identification.
Develop and maintain meaningful disease state knowledge and product expertise to provide value proposition to the customer.
Analyze account performance, identify prescriber adoption barriers, and propose solutions to address barriers.
Collaborate with ImmunityBio matrix partners to identify opportunities and/or change territory tactics.
Accountable for the training of all relevant HCP's on Anktiva dosing, administration, and overall treatment expectations for all accounts within the territory.
Utilize approved resources to educate and answer questions regarding reimbursement and contracting information.
Appropriately utilize company approved marketing tools and resources to craft a targeted approach to manage accounts and geographic territory.
Plan, lead, and execute speaker programs for the top providers and clinics within the territory.
Represent product in a professional, compliant, and ethical manner.
Complete all administration, reporting, and training tasks proficiently and on time.

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree with 6+ years in healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies required.

GENERAL SUMMARY
Responsible for supporting the branch sales goals while overseeing all aspects of customer service levels and branch operational integrity. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Service and Sales Responsibilities:
Interact in an effective and professional manner with all levels of bank personnel, corporate and bank clients demonstrating commitment to quality and extraordinary customer service
Ensure staff are actively profiling customers during new account and teller transaction process to identify cross sell opportunities to meet customer needs/requirements
Responsible for developing and tracking individual performance goals. Develop coaching and mentoring process for staff to ensure their performance meets bank customer service, sales, and operational requirements
Establish and manage achievement of assigned team and individual sales production goals
Collaborate with Branch Manager / Relationship Manager in support of prospect and customer calls to develop customer onboarding plan, including set-up of products and services
Support business development colleagues, and perform marketing activities as needed in efforts to achieve branch growth and profitability goals
May register as MLO (Mortgage Loan Originator)- based on branch/market needs, to support loan inquiries, interview loan applicants, and assist with loan related functions

Operations, Management & Administration Responsibilities:
Direct the operations functions of the branch. This encompasses the full knowledge of branch functions which include- new accounts, teller operations and safe box. The incumbent acts as the resident expert on procedural, risk and regulatory functions within the branch
Ensure that the branch consistently complies with all bank policies/procedures, banking regulations and meets satisfactory audit rating. Implement appropriate controls and oversight for any identified deficiencies
Ensure sound operating conditions are maintained in the branch by utilizing the daily and monthly operational and reporting reviews along with completion of required branch certifications
Perform staffing evaluation to ensure appropriate levels of staffing and skill sets in support of customer service requirements. Work with Branch Manager and Regional management on effective staff deployment and utilization
Ensure performance reviews/evaluations of the branch's non-officer staff and officers as assigned, are completed timely, objectively and with proper emphasis on individual development, coaching skills, customer service skills and sales/referral activities
Recommend hires, transfers, terminations, salary adjustments, performance standards and reviews. Approve employee daily time records, work assignments, vacations, sick pay, etc.
May serve as Safety and/or Security Officer for the branch
QUALIFICATIONS
College degree a plus.
Three to five years' experience in a similar capacity with management/supervisory responsibilities. Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of branch service functions.
Thorough knowledge of bank policies and procedures.
General knowledge of complex support systems, branch efficiency and productivity, and personnel policies and procedures.
Direct sales experience desired.
Computer experience (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
Good management skills with emphasis on planning, organization and scheduling.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
