About the Job:
The Vice President of eCommerce will lead the strategic and operational execution of the Pacsun eCommerce business. This executive leader will drive growth and profitability across all digital channels, owning the end-to-end customer experience, site merchandising, digital marketing strategy, customer retention through loyalty programs and email marketing, and full P&L responsibility for the online business. Cross-Functional Partnership & Team Leadership

What it takes to Join:
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
10 -15 years of eCommerce leadership experience in a consumer retail environment.
