Qualifications: Education: * High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. * Associate or bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred. Experience: * Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment. * Strong understanding of safety, quality, and operational standards. * Experience in leading teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
