    We are seeking a Lab Tutor to provide tutoring support to students enrolled in English as a Second Language courses. Tutoring for the beginning, intermediate, and advanced levels of writing, reading, grammar, and pronunciation will be provided. This is a part-time, hourly position. Examples of Duties: Provide tutoring services to students in the areas of: writing reading grammar pronunciation Qualifications: Some English teaching and/or tutoring experience is required. Please indicate in your cover letter what days and hours you are available to work. The completion of a background check will be required for the selected candidate. Compensation: Compensation is determined by a variety of criteria, including but not limited to, previous relevant experience, education level, and certifications. The hourly pay range for this position is $16-$22, depending upon highest educational degree obtained. Benefits: New Jersey Sick Leave: Earn 1 hour of sick leave for every 30 hours worked with a maximum of 40 hours of leave per benefit year. (Eligible to use after successful completion of probationary period.)
