Develop, revise, implement, and communicate policies, processes, and procedures, holding staff accountable for their respective roles and responsibilities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to educate staff and the community about awareness, prevention, and treatment options. Develop and support clinical affiliations and relationships with educational institutions.
Use historical data and emerging trends to forecast operational revenues and expenses and make recommendations based on internal and external market conditions for potential salary adjustments.
Possess in-depth knowledge of state, federal, and professional regulatory requirements for program reimbursement, business standards, legal issues, and documentation requirements, and apply them to program operations and departments. Educate and communicate updates and changes in standards to the staff and advise the CEO on the needs required for effective program operation and implementation.

Qualifications
Current State license in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire within this role.
Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited therapy program.
Additional training with a Master's or Doctorate degree in professional or management area is preferred.
Minimum of five years of rehabilitation experience, including two years in a management role, is required.

You will be supporting the supply chain team with operational supplier management and escalation. This role will be key for the Flexrotor business by helping to secure bought components for production and ramp-up. Primary Responsibilities: *Supply Chain and Quality Management: 60%*
Responsible for On-Time and On-Quality Delivery of Flexrotor purchased material: Create and manage short-term recovery plans.
Responsible for the interface with primary Supplier: Program, Industrial, Supply Chain, and Quality Executives and Senior Management.
Responsible for analyzing Supplier's production value stream providing feedback on improvement opportunities to de-risk performance to plan.
Assess Lean Manufacturing practices and develop improvement plans.
Responsible for supplier quality Approval and Compliance: Secure compliance with AIRBUS Quality Management System (QMS) & industry quality standards. Support cascade of AIRBUS Quality requirements and implementation through: Quality Assurance Plan, compliance matrix, and Business Quality Review process.
Support internal and external audits: Lead Industrial and Product Assessments & Audits.
Responsible for establishing the Supplier surveillance plan and coordinating AIRBUS participation in order to support the Supplier on on-site activities and within its supply chain. Ensure that the Supplier surveillance plan takes into full consideration all audits and assessments required in support of AIRBUS Production Organization Approval.
Responsible for ensuring workable end-to-end industrial planning and regular review of Supplier and its Supply Chains' Configuration Change Notifications, Multi-Sourcing Strategy, and Transfers of Work.
Monitor Tier 1 / Tier 2 suppliers in the region as necessary: Delivery & Quality performance, Capital expenditure and ramp-up action checks, recovery plan and Quality Notification eradication and if applicable completion of shop floor GEMBA.
Support the Industrial Quarterly Review (IQR) process and capacity assessments, proactively participate, anticipate planning / execution risks or opportunities and drive timely action closure.
Manage multiple, complex Supplier Quality Improvement Projects with AIRBUS and Supplier senior management.

The Opportunity
Our Coordinator's/Hosts' primary mission is to make league night the best night of the week for our members. Integral to our mission of making fun possible, coordinators/hosts lead the charge on the field, set the tone, and embody the United Fray brand. Being naturally enthusiastic, outgoing, and ready to play, they make fun possible for our members- whether that's creating their own league trophy, bringing a speaker along to the games to get the vibe just right, or starting a game of Flip Cup at the sponsor bar after the game. Coordinators/Hosts show up for every game, provide leadership to ensure that everyone is following the rules of the game, and are hands-on with respect to set up and tear down of events. Coordinators/Hosts are also brand ambassadors for the company, getting content while at leagues and tagging us so we can share in the fun with you.
What You'll Do….MAKE FUN POSSIBLE
Produce a fun and energetic experience for all players involved. From being a brand ambassador while out and about to running nightly operations for sports leagues including but not limited to field/location set up and break down, reffing/hosting the games, equipment transportation if needed, tracking scores, communicating with players, executing evening tasks, and acting as the local “FACE” of DC Fray.

Requirements Coordinator/Host:
Commit for the entire season (7-week season - Bar Sports; 8-week season Team Sports);
Must be able to get to scheduled game 30 minutes early and are encouraged to interact with players at sponsor bar location after the games;
Must have the ability to update the scores on a nightly basis (smartphone);
Must create a hospitable environment, provide organization, cheerleading, and general oversight of games in their league;
Must be able to attend New Hire Orientation and League Trainings;
Must send at least 1 weekly e-mail to communicate any changes, game times, news, or upcoming events (coordinators only, unless league only has one host);
Must maintain league equipment bag during the season when applicable (coordinators only);

The Legal Intern, Family Law provides legal research, legal analysis, and support to Pro Bono Center clinics and programs.
The internship is expected to begin June 2026 and will run through August 2026. This is an hourly position working up to 35 hours per week.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists staff attorneys and managing attorneys in preparing for legal clinics and resource centers.
Provides legal research and legal analysis on family law issues and related topic areas.
Staffs the Family Law Assistance Network (FLAN) in person.
Reviews documents providing legal information for accuracy and advises Pro Bono Center attorneys on necessary changes to any such documents.
Updates and drafts new materials for self-represented litigants and responds to and maintains records of requests for materials or information.
Conducts intakes with clients, both remotely and in person.
Attends hearings with attorneys to observe, takes notes, and supports staff.
Refers appropriate matters to Pro Bono Center programs as well as other area legal services providers.
Helps to identify emerging issues and develops recommendations for service models.
Assists in preparing community outreach and legal education materials for prospective clients and community members.
Drafts forms, pleadings, reports, correspondence, notices, and other documents for attorney review.
Performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Interns must be enrolled in a full-time or part-time ABA accredited law school program.
Demonstrated interest in public interest law.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
Strong writing skills.
Ability to attend in-person meetings and events as needed.
