Receive student files related to practicum and internship from the Faculty Supervisor/Clinic Coordinator and review for all needed documentation being present before placing in the master student file. Update the site binder with new site applications that have been approved or denied and add new site evaluations completed by students each semester. Email field experience students as necessary to let them know of client assignments, procedural changes, or other needed information such as dates for practicum/internship orientation. Complete chart audits on each client being seen each semester and keep the students and Clinic Coordinator apprised of poor quality and timeliness of documentation. Move client charts to inactive when terminated and update the client list. Coordinate with students and the Clinic Coordinator which clients are being transferred/terminated. What You'll Do: Provide individual, couples, and group counseling to students. Assess student needs and deliver appropriate interventions, including referrals to community providers when necessary. Collaborate with faculty, staff, and student support systems to identify at-risk students. Participate in weekly intervention team meetings and early alert system follow-up. Lead trainings, workshops, and prevention efforts on mental health and wellness topics. Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation. Contribute to outreach, marketing of services, and program evaluation. What You'll Need: Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work required. Licensed mental health professional in Indiana (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT); provisional licensure accepted with ability to achieve full licensure within 1 year. Minimum 2 years of counseling experience with adolescents or young adults. Strong clinical skills, including experience with high-risk populations and a wide range of presenting concerns. Commitment to culturally sensitive, inclusive care for diverse student populations. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
