We have a new and exciting position available to a Buyer to join our team at our Development Center in Lebanon, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a broad Supply Chain background that includes experience in Buying, Planning, & Continuous Improvement initiatives. We are seeking a candidate that is excited to take on a dynamic role that will evolve over time. The initial focus will be to manage the direct buying of ingredients from both domestic and international suppliers. This buyer will handle all buying activities within their portfolio while handling the suppliers and internal demands to effectively meet customer expectations. This position is a crucial part of the MANE Supply Chain team and is expected to work cross functionally with many departments both internally and externally.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Utilize MRP for buying all international and domestically sourced raw materials within assigned categories.
Work with Category Managers and Material Planner to maintain accurate master data to ensure MRP efficiency.
Follow-up with vendors for delivery date, pricing, and quantity confirmations.
Continuous communication with production planning to understand needs to meet customer expectations, expediting orders as needed.
Track and manage open PO's to act on shortages or delays.
Manage any slow moving or obsolete inventory within assigned areas.
Support planning team by scheduling for assigned areas, handling stock transfers, and coordinating inbound/outbound transportation.
Work on Continuous Improvement projects as assigned.
Other duties in support of company objectives.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Cross-functional exposure to a broad range of Supply Chain functions
Bachelor's degree
Experience in Food and Beverage industry is a plus.
Advanced SAP and Excel skills
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred

The Logistics Operator I will be involved in multiple tasks associated with logistics including but not limited to shipping, receiving, sample pulling, cycle counting, warehouse management, and material handling. This position interacts with Customer Service, Quality, Planning, Regulatory, Purchasing, Production, Accounting, and external Carriers and Auditors. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain strict adherence to equipment SOPs, GMP standards, food & flavor regulations (kosher), and documentation requirements.
Adhere to all safety protocols, including use of engineering controls and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe workplace for all employees.
Assisting with the shipment of finished products to customers according to customer order requirements, ensuring accurate paperwork, labeling, and on-time delivery

Assisting with receiving all raw materials and supplies into the warehouse, check condition of materials and accuracy of paperwork, and provide sample to Quality Control.

Cycle counting
Responsible for adding waste to a satellite accumulation container, labeling, sampling and transporting hazardous waste.

As a chemical operator you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the production equipment inthe Cincinnati, OH plant. + Troubleshooting operations problems, order repair parts, manage the work order backlog, perform long-range and short-term planning of in-house and contractor labor, as well as cost estimating.

Knowledge of OSHA PSM regulations, ASME codes, and API codes is important.
+ Demonstrating the competency of continuous improvement, you will analyze cost trends, use the techniques of Total Productive Maintenance, track key performance indicators, and maintain equipment histories. The result will be equipment reliability that allows the production department to meet its goals.
+ Coordinating with the procurement department, in-house and contractor labor, suppliers and technical representatives, and the plant production groups.
+ Using SAP for all the maintenance work order and procurement processes as well as maintaining critical SAP data such as functional locations, material masters, and maintenance plans. The Microsoft Office suite, including MS Project, is also a key tool for e-mails, databases, and reporting.
+ Planning and scheduling the annual turnarounds of the various production plants. You will also use these skills to coordinate all resources from repair parts to contract labor to rental equipment.
**Expertise needed includes:**
+ High School Diploma/GED required; advanced degree preferred.
+ Experience with chemical plant production equipment highly preferred.
+ At least 3+ years related expertise using SAP PM and MM.
+ In depth knowledge of maintenance systems and equipment, planning, and scheduling.

You will:
* Direct and support all Environmental, Health, and Safety functions for the Reading Site project.
* Implement and administer Contractor Safety Management Plan for the project.

* Lead site EHS training for employees and contractors, promoting proactive safety engagement.
* Conduct safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations to find and address risks.
* Act as point of contact for Ohio EPA during site construction.

* Track and report EHS KPIs, analyze trends, and drive continuous improvement actions.
* Develop Safety Programs for new site operations, which are scheduled to begin in Q2 2027.
Your Profile:
* Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, EHS, or a related field.
* 7-10 years of experience in EHS management within construction or industrial environments.
* Relevant EHS certifications and qualifications.
* 5+ years of experience with hazard identification, risk assessment, and root cause analysis.
* Experience with construction safety management, process safety, auditing, and emergency response.
* Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
Compensation and Benefits:

Objective

We have a new opening for a Director of Accounting ! This position will oversee a staff of 3 and the accounting activities (general accounting, financial reporting, AP/AR accounting) for both the Flavor and Fragrance divisions. This position is responsible for providing leadership and development to the Finance/Accounting Team to ensure world-class service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee accounting activities (general accounting, financial reporting, AP/AR accounting) provided to the organization.
Groom and develop team, enhance collaboration with organization and continued development of these associates.
Implement and manage accounting shared services and local teams.
Set accounting standards and controls that assure accounting and reporting compliance as well as protection of company assets
Follow and implement major financial objectives and policies, recommend development of accounting policies and procedures for corporation and subsidiaries
Prepare internal financial statements and reports
Supervise the completion of Federal and State tax reporting requirements (including income, property, sales and use and other local taxes) with the help of an external tax advisor.
Coordinates work relating to both internal and external audits in the periodic review of the company financial records.
Ensures that the accounting department has a staff of qualified financial personnel capable of meeting the objectives and responsibilities,
Handle special tasks and projects as requested in order to meet company objectives.
You will interact with:
Finance Group in particular with local controllers
All levels of management
Internal and external auditors
Tax agency/Tax advisors
Customers and Vendors
Regulatory Agencies
Other duties as assigned by management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
B.A. in Accounting or Finance. C.P.A. a strong plus
10-15 Years Accounting Experience.
Knowledge of international accounting practices preferred and broad knowledge of US Tax.
Must have prior experience overseeing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Experience in industry and international groups preferred.
Experience in treasury preferred, but not required.
Shared Services experience preferred, but not required.
SAP experience preferred.
Knowledge of MANE operating systems preferred.

BLOOM INTERNSHIP PROGRAM OVERVIEW Bloom is MANE's internship initiative that provides college students with valuable, hands-on industry experience while supporting our business needs. It's designed to help interns develop their skills, knowledge, and network as they “bloom” into the professionals they aspire to be.
GROWTH-FOCUSED Our internship program is committed to your personal and professional growth. Through engaging, real-world projects and collaboration with peers and mentors, you'll gain essential skills and insights in the flavor/fragrance industry.
The Samples Services Intern will work closely with the Process Optimization team to learn the laboratory support processes that support manufacturing. This internship will provide hands-on laboratory training and experience with the precursory steps to manufacturing flavors.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Retrieve, stage, accurately weigh and document ingredients used in liquid and pilot plant flavor batches.
Help to support with direction of lead/supervisor with data entry for flavor pilot plant makes.
Participate in inventory cycle counting and support of inventory needs in the sample lab
Assisting with the material stock management in sample labs, according to order requirements, ensuring accurate paperwork and labeling
Data entry and logging of flavor retains and storage of flavor retains.
Learn flavor compounding and support flavor makes with oversight.
Assist with special projects and initiatives
Other duties in support of company objectives

BLOOM PROGRAM DETAILS:
Duration : 10 weeks (starting early June through early August)
Environment : Full time, in office, 5 days a week
Community : Join a cohort of interns, building friendships and a support network.
Capstone Project : You'll complete a capstone project that highlights your work and learnings, which you'll present at the end of the program.
Engagement : We'll check in with you every two weeks, and there will be community-building activities to ensure a well-rounded and enjoyable experience.
