Mango Languages is looking for a knowledgeable Adult English Language Education Expert who can help inform content direction for an upcoming feature. In this part-time, remote contractor position, you will collaborate with a team of linguists and content developers to create texts that meet the needs of adult English language learners in the United States.
As the Adult English Language Education Expert, you will be expected to provide detailed counsel to the content development team so that they understand the needs of adult English language learners in the US. You will be asked to review a content plan for a series of passages designed to meet the needs of this population. Additionally, you will review each passage in depth, providing both content QA and pedagogical expertise.
The ideal candidate will have copious experience teaching adult learners of English and is passionate about helping newcomers navigate the challenges that come with integrating into US society.Responsibilities
Provide insight on the highest impact topics for adult English learners in the United States
Review guidelines for a proficiency leveling system using WIDA, Lexile, and/or CEFR
Create a plan with the content team for the topic and structure of each piece of content

We are looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable language instructors for Mango Live, our online live instruction program. In this telework contract position, you'll prepare personalized blended learning assignments and sessions using proprietary Mango Languages learning tools. You'll coach and assess groups or individual working professionals as well as their spouses and children. In your classes, you will use the communicative approach as well as proprietary methodologies and curricula to facilitate our online live instruction sessions.
This remote position allows you to connect from anywhere in the world and enjoy the flexibility to work at hours that suit you and your schedule. What you'll do
As a Senior Database Administrator at Docusign you will work with a group of like peers to help support the existing database systems, while designing the next version of the infrastructure. We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Software Engineer to join our Cloud Engineering team. The team is responsible for designing, developing and operating the platform on which all Docusign applications will be deployed. What you'll do
We are looking for a dynamic and effective Senior Program Manager to lead high impact programs to deliver business value as part of the Product and Technology Program Management team. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for driving Docusign's evolution of CLM (contract lifecycle Management) across Docusign's Development organization.
In order to be successful in this role, you'll excel at influencing without authority, dealing with ambiguity, capable of operating at all levels, and are able to understand technical details quickly. You will possess a strong attention to detail, a reputation as someone who focuses on the customer, brings simplified solutions to complex problems in a technical environment, and does what they say they will do. You must be comfortable operating in a fluid, agile, and team-oriented environment; bringing order to chaos.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Program Management.
Responsibility
* Drive alignment to and execution of high stakes cross-functional initiatives and programs
* Oversee end-to-end program execution across teams and groups, including risk management, communication, issue, conflict resolution and dependency management
* Collaborate with responsible partners to proactively identify, communicate, manage and mitigate program risks
* Organize and lead cadence-based stakeholders or leadership meetings, tracking actions, providing timely communication of program status, schedule, risks, and blockers
* Drive process improvements and leverage metrics to improve transparency, overall team performance and efficiency
* Partner with cross-functional partners to deliver business value in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of quality and transparency

What you bring
Basic
* 8+ years of leading large scale, complex, cross-functional global programs
* Bachelors or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent
* Experience in developing clear program strategies and high-level program plans
* Experience building strong cross-team relationships and partnerships
* Experience curating program metrics and creating dashboards or scorecards for overall project health and progress
* Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills

Wage Transparency
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $134,900.00 - $216,975.00 base salary
Washington, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $129,000.00 - $190,550.00 base salary
This role is also eligible for the following:
* Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
* Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

What you'll do
The Market Development Representative (MDR) will generate new business through outbound calls and targeted emails to potential clients. The MDR qualifies prospective customers through targeted questions about their business strategy and then leverages this information to align and sell Docusign's product offerings.
This position spends roughly 80% of the time on the phone prospecting new clients. Market Development Reps will receive hands-on training with an emphasis on strategic selling and a focus on researching targeted accounts. This position is a great way for individuals to gain in-depth experience in a rapidly growing SaaS company.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Manager, Enterprise MDR.
Responsibility
* Make outbound calls to prospects who reside in one of Docusign's core vertical markets, offering tailored solutions to solve and improve business process problems
* Schedule appointments between prospects and our Account Executives across SMB, Mid-Market or Enterprise verticals
* Use CRM strategically to record information and identify further opportunities in your assigned territory
* Work closely with marketing to create email and LinkedIn campaigns to increase company and personal brand awareness
