Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Follow checklist for production start-up including: preparing machine for production, ensuring line is ready for production, turning on production equipment including but not limited to: compressor, vacuum, Mattpak, etc. Input work orders into appropriate printers to ensure accurate product marking. Affix product label rolls onto labeling machine. Initiate and monitor the operation of the automated bagging machine. Generate pallet tickets and record pallet information clearly and accurately. Conduct routine quality inspections to ensure product meets Satellite standards and identify and report any quality defects promptly. Count materials and report inventory discrepancies. Understanding work orders and bill of materials and ability to review and sign off on materials as required. Count and stack boxed product(s) in a neat and thorough manner.
