This was my fist job and it was kind of a great start for me. There was a supervisor who trained me well enough that even we all leads can run the whole department and the environment was good too.
Racism..yeah there is a lot Racism in this company just in Hanover part, IL, USA. When I fist join this company I had given an interview for this job. When I fist started directly took me as a line lead and some of the people over there started talking that..ooo you a line leader..is someone in this company that is relative or what?..I was like what ohh my god, there was a lady who was a assembler, she can’t even speak English or any ther language and then she got seek for 1 week and she was promoted as a lead not even in our department in other department where she didn’t even worked before I was like wow how is is possible that people can promote someone who has no talent at all and you call us me that I got this job because of nepotism…

The people and the pay were good! Though it wasn’t perfect
The weeks of pain. I had to do so much for long hours but when it came to my weekend they didn’t say anything
I didn’t have any there, I found good friends and the food there and home food was delicious! Other then that nothing the job
The pay was good and I generally worked with great people.
No way to move up unless you kiss up to people to which I am not. If hard work doesn't pay off, then it is not worth it.
