Key Responsibilities * Lead a one or two-person field crew * Use of Robotic Total Stations, GPS, and data collectors * Perform / oversee field work for topographic, boundary, roadway and ALTA Surveys * Conduct property legal research both online and at County government offices * Upload and download data collector files * Check field files & notes for accuracy and completeness Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Experience with the following is a plus, but not required: * Process topographic, boundary and ALTA Surveys using AutoCAD/Civil 3D or OpenRoads Designer * Prepare construction staking materials, including point files * Although a Professional Surveyor license in the State of Ohio is not required; We are committed to supporting our team members in their professional growth and will assist qualified candidates in obtaining their Professional Surveyor License.
