About the Role
As a Belmont Village Caregiver, you will provide hands-on personal assistance to a group of seniors living within our large Assisted Living and Memory Care community. The Caregiver role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail oriented, patient, caring and enjoys a high level of personal engagement with older adults.
Your Typical Daily Responsibilities
Provide personal assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community
Encourage socialization and inspire participation in community activities while ensuring resident safety and well-being
Document care and services provided daily by following customized service plans and communicating to supervisor any observed changes in care needs
Ensure care, safety and cleanliness standards are met according to regulatory compliance
Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age

Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
There are times when the product being tested may be discussed in a private chat room that is opened by a market research firm
Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project

Job Summary and Qualifications
The Physical Therapist (PT) provides high-quality, patient-centered care by managing the complete process of therapeutic care of an assigned group of patients in coordination with the physician and the patient care team. What you will do in this role:
You will provide evaluations and treatment interventions within the scope of practice established by law and professional code of ethics.
You will assess and evaluate therapeutic/rehabilitative/functional status and participate in the development of the total plan of care.

The Progressive Care Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care. In collaboration with medical providers, the RN provides pre-operative and post-operative nursing care. The RN serves as an advocate for patients to support an unparalleled patient experience.
As a Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) in the Intermediate Trauma Care Unit (TCU), you will be responsible for performing patient assessments, developing a plan of care, implementing and evaluating care. You will perform and document patient assessments at the time of the admission

You will administer medications and complete treatments according to hospital policy

A day in the life of one of our therapists can look like:
Traveling to clients' homes to provide individually tailored therapy
Documenting therapy visits and contacting families and case managers to share updates
Utilizing and augmenting the resources we provide to use in therapy
Looking to hire passionate and committed SLP-Assistants who are dedicated to serving adult individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities around Austin. As the #1 adult IDD therapy provider in Texas, Soundly Speaking works closely with dayhab staff and families to serve our inspiring clients ages 21 and up.
Soundly Speaking provides both in-person and teletherapy services to our clients. Based on an hourly wage, we expect our SLP-Assistants to:
Treat a wide range of speech and language disorders
Provide detailed therapy to achieve short and long term goals as part of a comprehensive treatment plan
Be adaptable to the circumstance and work with their supervisor and case managers
Turn in paperwork in a 24 hour timeline
Maintain confidentiality of patient records in accordance with HIPAA, State, and Federal Regulations
Communicate with families and case managers about the progression of therapy

How You Make an Impact
Lead a variety of activities including games, arts and crafts, STEM projects, and outdoor play to support a well-rounded afterschool experience.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by following Texas Childcare licensing standards and YMCA policies.
Supervise a group of up to 17 children, guiding positive behavior and building strong relationships.
Support students with school assignments and provide opportunities for social and emotional learning.
Follow curriculum and lesson plans that promote creativity, learning, and exploration.
Serve and supervise snack time while following all sanitation and health guidelines.
Maintain open and effective communication with students, parents, and fellow staff members.
Demonstrate YMCA values in all interactions and help create a culture of inclusion and belonging.

What You Bring to the Y
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Must be at least 18 years old.
