As a Data Center IT Technician you will be part of the Data Center Hardware Infrastructure Technical Support team supporting and maintaining the hardware infrastructure of the latest Cloud computing server technologies. **What's the Job?**
+ For this position you will be tasked with maintaining the hardware infrastructure of the latest cloud computing server technologies.
+ The ideal candidate will be able to quickly and accurately resolve issues with server and network hardware through root cause analysis with a solid understanding of computers, servers, network devices and command line diagnostics.
+ This position requires the ability to successfully operate in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations while handling multiple critical priorities simultaneously. Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate effective examples of situations where personal initiative and judgment were used to benefit team objectives.
+ Some work will be performed in an AWS GovCloud region. Access to the AWS GovCloud region will be restricted to individuals who are U.S. Citizens. (GovCloud may NOT be accessed from outside of the United States)
**What's Needed?**

**Job Title: IT SOX Auditor - Applications Control** **Pay Range: $70-75/hr** We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **Senior IT Applications Auditor** to join our Internal Audit team. This would be a contract role working with our client in Northwest Ohio and would need to be onsite 2 days a week. This role focuses on evaluating and testing **IT Application Controls (ITACs)** within key business systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, validity, and authorization of transactions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with **SOX compliance** , **ITGC/ITAC testing** , and **ERP systems** , particularly **Oracle Fusion** , as we integrate systems during a corporate merger.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Perform **ITAC testing** across enterprise applications to ensure controls support accurate, complete, and authorized transaction processing.
+ Evaluate **input, processing, output, and interface controls** , including data validation, exception reporting, and automated reconciliations.

**Qualifications:**

Description:• Develop and apply best-of-class engineering concepts, methods, and research techniques to support production, disaster recovery, and lower tiers• Identify and implement infrastructure improvements, including cost efficiency opportunities, as well as performance efficiencies• Refine business processes and improve efficiencies through technology• Provide Infrastructure subject matter expertise in application development projects• Test, troubleshoot and resolve application infrastructure problems of high complexity• Research and review literature and current practices relevant to complex problem resolution or assigned projects• Evaluate, monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software• Work closely with application develop team for project work and support/maintenance• Setup, configure, troubleshoot and maintain virtual/cloud Windows servers hosted at third party • Evaluate vendor products/capabilities and make recommendations• Plan, monitor, direct and complete special projects as assigned• Assist data analyst resource in maintaining and enhancing sql server integration scripts used to import/export client data• Troubleshoot and provide support for client file integration issues Demonstrate the ability to: • Partner with third party data centers in administering, monitoring, and configuring windows servers (physical and cloud), firewall, san, and load balancers including ssl certificate management• Administer and resolve Active Directory issues using AD or Resource Kit utilities• Configure, troubleshoot and resolve DNS, DHCP, FRS and file sharing issues in a Windows environment• Connect and login to local or remote servers to manage and monitor device status• Review, stop and start Windows services • Verify server status and hostname resolution using fundamental TCP/IP utilities• Serve a peer to data analyst in learning and support SQL Server integration scripts and processes, including some light database administration functions• Work independently or as part of a team• Quickly self educate oneself on emerging technologies Qualifications Extensive Knowledge of• Windows 2008/2012 Active Directory Domain Services, DNS in an AD environment • Virtual/Could server administration (Hyper-V) & cloud based solutions)• Networking - firewall configuration, web application load balance, ssl certificate management• Diagnostic experience in determining connectivity issues and resolution• Configure, install, upgrade and troubleshoot server hardware and software• MS SQL server administration (2008r2, 2012)• Experience in support SQL Server Log Shipping• TSQLWorking knowledge:• Enterprise patching methodologies• SMPT• Sql Server SSIS and Integration management• IIS 7 • Change Management ManpowerGroup is proud to be an equal opportunity affirmative action workplace.
