Will oversee renovations and new construction job sites at the Camp Blanding military base. You will ensure that contractors work efficiently and on schedule, assist with morning setups, and require reliable transportation. This role is a full-time position, requiring availability from Monday to Friday.
**Shift: Monday through Friday: 7 AM to 3:30 PM**
**Pay: 25-30/hr**
Responsibilities
+ Ensure contractors work in a timely and efficient manner.
+ Assist with setting up work teams each morning.
+ Wire light fixtures with 0-10V dimming controls, and trim-out dimmers and receptacles.
+ Assemble, install, and wire apparatus and fixtures using hand and power tools.
+ Proficiently bend and run conduit/EMT.
+ Read and interpret blueprints.
+ Install fuse boxes.
Essential Skills
+ 5+ years of experience in electrical work.
+ Proficiency in bending and running conduit and EMT.
+ Ability to read and troubleshoot blueprints.
+ Familiarity with NEC codes.
+ Experience with wire pulling and cable installation.
+ Ability to wire up panels and perform terminations.
+ Capability to perform all phases of electrical work with little to no supervision.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with commercial electrical and construction.
+ Proficiency in using hand tools and cordless drills.
