As a Manager, Order Fulfillment, you will be part of the Operations Team supporting Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in everything from the point of customer order to delivery, installation and most importantly, customer fulfillment as it relates to "Services" or maintaining and troubleshooting engines at the customer site. **Key Responsibilities**
+ Manage and oversee the complete end-to-end services order fulfillment process, from order receipt to delivery and closure for service components and kits.
+ Coordinate with internal teams (Service Sales, 3PL logistics, Planning, SIOP and Finance) to ensure smooth execution of service orders.
+ Monitor service order status, proactively resolve bottlenecks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
+ Develop & maintain KPI's to measure & improve operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction
+ Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
+ Analyze service order data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
**Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
+ 5 years' experience supervising a fulfillment/distribution team.
+ Proven experience in order fulfillment, service operations, or supply chain management (preferably in industrial distribution settings).
+ Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
+ Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and MS Office; experience with digital service management tools is a plus.

Per established guidelines, you will be responsible for officially identifying/acknowledging receipt of all incoming mail. Receiving and slotting mail for distribution; sorting and delivering print-outs; FedEX sorting and distribution; assisting as needed with Electronic Document Conversion.

Underwriting, DI Benefit Document & Mail Document Preparation/Classifying (30%).
Responsible for completing underwriting and / or claims document review and audit by appropriately identifying and analyzing various types of applications and documents for all product lines by using detailed procedures and appropriate job aids.
Review the work for high priority insurance, mail, and / or claim documents.
Ability to recognize and identify misrouted forms and documents and routes them appropriately.
Coordinates the documents according to guidelines for the type of product.
Identifies and classifies documents and includes generic or custom ID sheets with the document name.
Prepares the documents for scanning by placing the documents and ID sheets in the correct order and resolving the correct scan path.
Responsible for meeting all established service level agreements.
Responsible for completing review and audit using criteria for underwriting requirement, post approval and EKG mail, including determining the correct procedure to follow for processing the document and identifying any that are non-efiles or misdirected and forwarding to appropriate business area.
For check processing, identify and prepare checks by type and deposit 1035 and premium checks to SAMs system, or route to Banking and Cash Management using appropriate guidelines.
For DI benefits mail, accesses the DI benefits connection function to identify documents as ‘received' and indexes mail as the need arises.
Manual indexing (Exception Processing)/Quality Assurance (QA)/Fax Processing (40%) Analyze and review using knowledge of forms and procedures, underwriting and claims documents and forms images that are auto classified/indexed by the system to identify potential issues/errors.
Steps include: Selecting batch based on priority; reviewing all pages to ensure the document was classified to the correct document type, policy number and insured name abbreviation and making changes as needed; deleting blank pages.
Ability to identify and appropriately index documents that the system cannot identify. Assures that all electronic document images are legible and usable for intended purpose and re-scans.
Review underwriting and claims faxes by accessing the RightFax queue.
Analyzes and identifies underwriting and claims documents to select the most efficient method of processing.
Electronically preps the documents by placing them in the correct order using established guidelines. Able to identify and handle documents with obvious modifications.
Completes the process by classifying, indexing, crafting and matching ID sheets with the appropriate fax.
Responsible for meeting all Service Level Agreements. Document Scanning/Support Services/Testing (15%)
Accurately and consistently scan documents while ensuring high image quality.
Responsibilities include: Selecting and scanning using correct scan path; maintaining preventive cleaning on scanners; detecting scanning errors, double feeds and other quality issues; troubleshooting scanner problems. Other support services/testing includes: re-scanning documents due to requests from business area or error messages; investigating and researching unidentifiable mail, including resolving policy number / claim number and accurate disposition for non-E-Files / DI Connection mail; handling original document requests from business area; audit/testing of documents to validate document classification and/or system improvements/upgrades are accurate and properly functioning.

Our client, a design and manufacturing of industrial equipment firm. is seeking a product designer with a focus on electrical systems of their products to join their team. As an Electrical Product Specialist, you will be part of the Product Engineering Team supporting Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with a sales application team to determine customer needs and upon order placement create design packages ready for release to production. This is a contract to direct hire status role and the CAD software best suited to our client's need is Solidworks Electrical.
**Job Title:** Product Specialist (Electrical Designer)
**Location: Oconomowoc, WI**
**Pay:** $38-$45/hr plus OT, benefits
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Examine and analyze new applications of products to determine feasibility of application, operation, and manufacturing, including evaluation/selection of purchased components; integration of products, etc.; code/standard conformance; environmental packaging, etc.
2. Prepare proposal and manufacturing drawings in SolidWorks or SolidWorks Electrical, bills-of-materials in ERP (Enterprise resource planning) software, quality documentation, and other data as required for production order packages. Update existing Installation Operation and Maintenance Manuals for order packages.
3. Check own and other's drawings for accuracy of dimension, detail, fits and tolerances.
4. Apply applicable codes and standards as required (may include ASME, IBC, NEMA, ATEX, ANSI, TEMA, API, CE UL/CSA).
5. Communicate with Production, Purchasing, and Manufacturing to ensure drawings optimize production and purchasing demands, including writing Engineering Changes.
**Requirements**
1. Proficiency with computers, and 3D CAD design. Solidworks Electrical software preferred
2. Drawings and documents that are consistently accurate, complete, understandable, and finished in reasonable time.
3. Intermediate knowledge of products, materials, codes, and standards, to make correct decisions where independent judgments are needed.
4. Meticulous attention to details to ensure: Accuracy of design, proper material selection, serviceability, reasonable cost, and completeness for manufacturing and purchasing.
5. Efficiently uses time by planning work and requesting assistance to meet deadlines.
